I was visiting my family in Houston and my cousin took me here for poke. I absolutely loved trying this place - perfect amount of protein, the fish tasted fresh, not too much sauce, and great portion sizes. I even liked how they had utensils corresponding to different levels of expertise, which was funny. The ambiance was nicer inside but there is seating inside and outside. The staff was nice and completed our order pretty fast. I loved the Spicy Shoyu signature bowl with rice as the base, spicy tuna instead of salmon, and seaweed salad added. Usually poke places can be stingy with the amount of protein they add but this place added the perfect amount! I also love seaweed salad so I was ecstatic to see it as a topping. My cousins also loved the Tuna Aioli signature bowl and we all finished the regular size, so it was great portion sizes. Can't wait to visit Houston again and eat the Spicy Shoyu bowl again!

The ingredients were fresh, and I was able to appreciate the flavor and texture of every ingredient that I added. Also loved that the sauces weren't overpowering which can happen at some poke places. The portions were on the smaller side for how much we paid but I'm glad that it was tasty!

UberEats Review: This is currently the only poke place I order from. My absolute favorite is the Truffle Yellowtail bowl. The fish is usually fresh and while the bowls are a bit pricey, the variety and uniqueness of the toppings make up for it. The truffle oil they use is SO delicious. I will continue ordering from here and hope to visit in person soon.

Really good and fresh poke. Generous serving, fresh everything. Classic poke but I really liked it.

Yall, I love poke and I do associate it with Hawaii. I've been looking for a spot with decent poke in Houston. Now poke in Houston won't ever be as good as Hawaii. I've already accepted that fact. But I need a little side poke u til I can get the real thing u know..? So I saw this pop up on my yelp thank to yall. I went to check it out. The first time I went, I got the tuna aioli and the yellowtail signature bowl. I gotta say the flavors the good! u get a choice if u want it with salad, rice or 1/2 and 1/2. And u can also customize your bowl too if u want. I loved both of the bowls I had on day one that 2 days later, I came back again. The Tuna aioli was my fav at this time. I just asked for Serrano peppers added to my bowl to add some spice. I wished that they would cut the tuna into larger chunks instead of dicing it. And I learned from the first time eating there that when I went the second time, I asked for the large bowl instead of the regular. So the regular has 3 scoops which is the size of a tablespoon. I got the large bowl the second visit which is 5 scoops. That was way better. I highly recommend seaside poke and I want to remind yall to make sure u pay for your parking so u don't get a ticket. Parking was very cheap. 30 minutes was 45 cents. I would pay that over getting a ticket anyway :) I will be back here for my poke cravings. The fish here, very fresh. My nose and taste buds are super sensitive so I can def tell if the fish is old or bad.

Best poke bowl I've ever had... and I've been to Ishihara market in Hawaii. The truffle yellow tail is simply superb. The staff was fantastic- very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back!

Employees are polite. Ingredients are high quality and fresh. However, they’ve always forgotten things in my bowl that I paid extra for, which I don’t realize until I get home. My $20 meal should have everything in it that I requested. The system would be better if I could select what I want in my bowl and see them put it in as we walk through.

It's so hard to find Hawaiian food close to my job. I found this place and went for the 1st time on Thursday; it was delicious! Similar to Which Wich, you select what you want on a piece of paper and turn it into the cashier. The place was clean and service was fast. They had options to add furikake and nori on my poke, which I love because my old poke place didn't have that option. I also saw they offer spam musubi, another favorite of mine, which I will be trying on my next trip.

Seating was a little cramped I think they pushed seating to create more kitchen space but the food was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

Seaside poke was very delicious! They had a lot of good vegetable options for the poke and their shoyu sauce was incredible. Prices were pretty standard for poke and the quality of the dish was really nice! They had options for different oils to add to the sauce, which was new to me, but definitely tasty.Parking is available, but paid.
