Well, my first experience with shake shack was in NY and it was awesome. Here it was regular. I was not so impressed. But everything was ok. The staff were friendly, I liked that. Food was good, but not a big wow. I tried that new burger. Not a big deal. It tasted good, but there was no ahas in all that.

Think I'm done with this location. Have liked Shake Shack in other towns, but this spot has messed up 3 of my last 6 orders. This week, went in for a vanilla malt and asked for no whipped cream (was driving). Card reader failed once, but I tried again. The person said to pull up. Waited 22 minutes behind only four cars. Then still had to pay (would have just passed the car again) . Received the vanilla malt with whipped cream. Asked to have it removed. They made a new one. No whipped cream but no malt. Given that this has happened before, I had asked when placing the order to make sure there was enough malt. This is either employee inattention or is evidence that corporate is killing their brand by not allowing enough malt to get the malt flavor. And we have to pay extra for it!!!! I've had those since 2015 so I know how they should taste. You are called "Shake Shack." So you HAVE to get the shakes right. But if you do, it'll be for someone else. I can take my money elsewhere.

I arrived Sunday at 8:55 and all the doors were locked. Very confusing since they close at 10pm … I tried all 3 doors all of them were locked. I’m not sure why employees are locking doors over and hour before they close . Food is delicious but definitely pricey for a smaller burger

They ran out of cheese, didn't have any large cups, so we could only order smalls, nothing specific for small kids, it took 23 minutes to get our food, after ordering and paying they came to tell me that they were out of the $4 small cup of lemonade that I ordered. Spent $52 on 3 burgers, 3 french fries, 2 lemonades, and a juice box, and the burgers didn't even have the cheese they were supposed to come with.Despite all the negative, the food was hot and tasted good.

I brought my girlfriend here, trying to change the usual places we eat out on Sundays, it was around 5:40 pm. It was a bit busy.Place my order at 5;54 PMFirst issue, they didn’t have large cups for drinks.Second issue, I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, then I got up and went to the counter, I assume the manager or supervisor was the person I spoke to, and he brought me my food (the shake was not as cold, as it was sitting on the shelve already served waiting for the burgers.Third issue, the Korean bbq burger was literally a patty and crispy onions, no cheese, no scallions, nothing bbq sauce.I told someone at the counter after the first bite, the same person that took my order offered me a shake in return, I declined, already had one. She apologized I was not notified, I told her that she took my order.Fourth issue, there was no napkins anywhere for us to use.Fifth issue, there were no paper towels on the Gentleman’s restroom. And the floor was slippery and wet.Overall, an overpriced restaurant, small portions, long wait time in a Sunday afternoon. Would not come again.

Got 1 bacon avocado burger one bacon burger one cheesy fry one shake and a soda. Shake was half melted by the time food came. One burger was cooked raw. Both burgers had raw bacon $32 and total waste of money. Up all night sick to my stomach. Will never go back. Obviously they do not care what they serve

I always go looking for a burger that when you bite into it, its meat is filled with melted cheese. In addition to being crunchy, their meat is divine! It's a little small for those who like to eat big and enough for those of us who don't want to add kilos grams hahaha... I recommend you read the menu carefully because there are better options than the traditional one, it's worth the cost and the place is nice!

Fabulous, I'm from So Cal and always loved in and out burger. Sorry but , this is hands down the better burger and krinkle fries.
