Terrible customer serviceDrive through the drive through said my order was wrong and the lady Just kept making excuses that she got confused cause I said an order then took it out when on the receipt she got my correct order overall very defensive,wasn't even approaching her aggressively or anything.

Placed an order on 12/4/23 for pick up on 12/5 at 6:15AM. When I arrived, the lady at the counter stated I needed to wait 2 minutes for my order. I then saw her grab a bunch of empty boxes and start packing my order. I ended up waiting 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and was late for my meeting. Won't be a customer here anymore due to poor service and just the fact they were unapologetic that they didn't have the order ready in time, especially when they were open at 6AM and did not have anyone ordering when I showed up.

Arrived at 6:48am , ordered 2 donut holes and coffee not satisfied donuts holes were soggy and smashed all together and the coffee tasted like mud. Sticking to the N. Main location!

Disappointed that the cinnamon twist seemed to be under cooked and the Bavarian cream filled donut seemed small compared to other Shipley locations I have visited.
