I cannot believe I haven’t written a review yet bc this is one of my favorite places to go in Houston! The egg rolls are addictive and the Filly has an incredible combo of flavors. The mango dragon drink is incredible too. It’s definitely worth the trip every time! I’m never disappointed.

*Black owned business* This food truck was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I had seen this place from IG, and we wanted to try it for a good minute. The owner was very nice, and gave us some really good direction on the food. The truck was located on 4501 Almeda this specific weekend. We ordered the salmon tacos (10/10), waffle fries (6/10), egg roll (8.5/10), and Oreo & honey bun cup'd cake (10/10) - not pictured. The tacos came with chips and salsa, which also tasted homemade (10/10). I have no complaints regarding the food. The only thing I would say is the fries could use more seasoning for more flavor. The egg roll was a salmon egg roll and it was amazing. Please come check this place out, you won't be disappointed. Like if this review was helpful.

Loved the Birria tacos…so much that we turned around and went back for seconds! My daughter loved the salmon bites as well! The chips were so fresh and the second visit, we got two Cupd Cakes! The packaging and branding is definitely professional! They were wonderful! This truck/food is DEFINITELY “slammin”!

I had the absolute pleasure of trying Slammin Salmon's Birria tacos and the OH SO fabulous Salmon egg roll. What a game changer!! While they were both down right delicious, the Salmon egg roll is by far my most desired dish.This has to be one of the BEST combinations invented. So much that I had to have it both days they were in my area. Not only is the food amazing, the staff who served the food are friendly and personable. I will undoubtedly return. They made a customer for LIFE!!THANK YOU, Slammin Salmon for creating food unlike anything being done with one of my favorite proteins. I can't say enough about how good your food tastes. I bragged so much to my daughter who lives in New York, she's actually booking a flight out next month to visit. One of her 1st stops to eat will definitely be your food truck. ?
