Excellent service and good from this locations. I’m trying to decrease carbs and Nettie gave me the options to use lettuce. It was even better than with the bread lol from my perspective. And after we were done she and her staff came and took our cleaned and empty food containers and place them in the trash. It’s great here and looking forward to coming back!!Dietary restrictions: Low carb diet
Their crispy mango habanero chicken sandwich was awful. I guess no one ever tasted habanero at Smashburger. The sauce was sweet like maple syrup, so that’s what mango habaneros sauce tastes like at Smashburger. Not going again.

Nettie’s customer service was welcoming . Felt like she was a family to me already. Answered any questions I had , was so sweet. Checked up on me while I was eating. Great classic music , nice area. food was amazing. Double bacon barbecue brisket 100/10 ( chef kisses ) muah!!!!!!! I bring everyone here including Kenshata smith ?.

The manager at this location needs a new job or re training on how to deal with customer conflict. I listened to and watched the most disrespectful interaction between the manager and a frustrated customer. Apparently this is a returning customer and after he asked for his meal to be well done the manager snapped back and said you always request this and at this point if you don’t like the way the food looks then don’t order it. This dude seriously shouldn’t be a representative customer of this chain, bad business, bad mannerism, and his attitude and ego are 10 times bigger than his scrawny image.
