I go to this location almost daily!! I’ve always had issues paying with my Discover card on my iPhone so I transfer to form that same card to my Apple Pay. I downloaded the app after a while and paid with that instead. It worked until today. This morning 8:06, the lady that scanned my app twice said it wasn’t working. Surprisingly! I had to again transfer from the same debit card after I asked for the total. I see this lady responds to someone on the speaker in which she said: it’s the same customer (that’s what I heard) The other lady I assume she responded to always gets bothered when my payment doesn’t go through, I saw her when she got off her car straight in the store! Old hispanic lady with straight black/grayish hair! Called corporate about the payment issue. Won’t be going here again! I was a regular paying $14 per bowl. I feel ashamed when I actually do have the money to pay! Not anymore! I hope she is not the manager.

Smoothie were watery and grainy. The cashier struggled to ring up the order. All four of our smoothies were straight trash. Highly disappointed and we will not be returning.

Every time I come to this location my order is wrong . This time they repeated my order back to me and it was correct but still charged my card for something else . It’s very unprofessional and very annoying to say that they have never gotten my order correct.I even had to pull the front of the store to wait am they brung my drink to another car .

Horrible customer service. I don't know why they hire such unprofessional and rude people. They did not get my order right and it's a big issue because I'm allergic to one of the ingredients!!! Never never never coming back here again.

Horrible customer service. The employee Adreana T. was rude and did not take my order properly. She attended other customers before me even though I was next. I will never visit this location again. Seems like this place is not what it used to be.

THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAIR IN MY SMOOTHIE! When telling manager she gets aggressive, upset and does nothing. Why have someone who is miserable be leading a store people enjoy coming to?! A miserable person who treats customers who she feels clearly.

A little bit too liquid like for an acai bowls. As far as acai bowls go, it doesn't taste strongly of acai. You can definitely get better acai bowls elsewhere, but the drive through makes it convenient.

Most terrible experience at a smoothie king. I went in on Free Upsize Friday and ordered a medium smoothie. The cashier David told me that it takes off $1. But the price difference between the small and medium is more than $1. I shrugged it off until I noticed I was charged a price that wasn't even on the menu board. I asked the shift leader, Leticia and she said its corporate. I went back to ask David something and she jumped in to tell him "Don't respond to her, just ignore her." Feeling disrespected, I threw away the smoothie and asked for my money back. Leticia said no, and when I asked for her to call the manager she replied that she was going to call the police, still refusing to give me my refund. Why would I pay for a smoothie I didn't drink at a place that overcharged me then threatened to call the police on me for asking for a refund?
