First off, this was my first time at this location and from the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by Brett and Raven. They were extremely helpful, caring, attentive, and answered every question that I had. Extremely knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations for my Chocolate Gladiator drink. The entire crew Brett, Raven, and Josh made me feel like family. Thanks guys, y'all are Rockstars. I will be back. Raven, you're such a light and sooooo kind!!

I just got from a good workout super close o planet fitness and the perfect temptation! Got the keto champ in Berry but it came with coffee selections which is a great bonus for the coffee lovers? I didn’t prefer it but the metabolism boost with the mango ginger banana taken out for pineapple is the perfect mix of the metabolism boost and was worth the money for the protein and the blends and enhancements! from a Ms. Stephanie and it was a absolute delight her voice honestly made my morning and she was nothing less of polite! I will be coming here everyday wouldn’t expect nothing but the best. Don’t drive past just trust me early morning starter Forsure! And To the rim nothing but worth the money!

I placed an order to get the new Acaci bowls. I got the Go Go Goji Crunch and Bee Berry Sting. I ordered it on the app and picked it up. I’ve had these bowls twice at two different Smoothie King locations and it was 10/10. But today I got my bowls and they were watery like soup. I don’t realize till I get home that they aren’t good so I had to drive back to the Smoothie King. I told the little black boy that it was way too watery to where he gave me horrible attitude! Saying “OMG” like it’s my fault he made them wrong. These bowls are about $12!!! They aren’t cheap. He then was struggling the make them again. I won’t be buying smoothies from this location. So unprofessional and it was still watery the second time around so they are in my freezer right now. Just horrible.

Unless time is not important to you, I would suggest going to the one down highway 6, by the Home Depot. Otherwise you'll just be in line for over ten minutes without even being acknowledged.

I go to this Smoothie King location a lot and when I walk in it is always a pleasant experience the customer service is great and my smoothie be made perfectly. The manager there always greet me by name and she always say have a blessed day before I walk out the store.. ? She also convinced me to try the new smoothie bowl and it was delicious!
Line takes absolutely unreasonably forever most of the time. Majority people at the window never greets you or takes the time to make you feel welcome. Just opens the window and says the total with a monotone blank face. However, there is this one vibrant black woman with Green locs who while in the drive through who always has a smile on her face and is extremely nice, ask questions and makes a good experience. Can’t think of her name, but give her a raise

The team here is great!I came in when they were having technical difficulties with their systems and computers but I could tell they worked well together to get it fixed while still being kind and professional with me.Also my smoothie was delicious :)

Today Saturday October 15, 2022 at 2:30 pm I was on this site and I had a bad experience because they took more than 30 minutes to attend to me because the employees were talking with other clients about their personal life and other topics that were not of importance... they never cared about my presence or that of other customers... when they were finally able to attend to me, I had to interrupt the conversation between the employees and the customers in order to take my order in hand and leave the place ... because at the pick-up airport they were still following the conversation and not letting the other customers take their order... I hope no one else goes through these bad times

Stephanie is the greatest employee this location will ever have. I try to only come once a week but knowing she’ll be working makes that VERY difficult (resulting in frequent visits). She makes my morning every single time and my smoothie is ALWAYS ready when I get there and tastes amazing. She truly is the best!!!! I need an option for a greater tip than just 20%, because she deserves it!!
