Order the Mongo fest, and asked for extra Mongo and Saud do not blend it just throw it in.I watched them make it and nit at all he add it to it.I asked him did he add it he said yes.Dude lied to my face, I was charged for the extra. People here don't care about there Jobs or the customer.

I honestly don’t like writing negative reviews but after giving this place multiple chances I hope enough negative reviews gets to ownership/ management to make all of the necessary changes for this Smoothie King to operate in a better fashion. There’s no customer service whatsoever at this store, your staff is rude and literally argued in front of me on who was going to make my smoothie. They need more customer service training. I live close by and I always have to debate whether I want to go to this Smoothie King and after I leave I always regret it.

Overall, I like the smoothie king chainFrequented the locations when living in CaliforniaThis location, however, the staff didn't even say hello, I was not even asked what I wanted to order. She just walked up to the register while I was looking at the menu board. When I turned around to look at her I didn't know if she was ringing somebody else up or taking another order or what. She said nothing to me.I had so many questions because the menu changed. I turned around and walked out because there was no friendly customer service.I see there's a smoothie place across the street.

After looking at the reviews I was very skeptical about coming to this location. But I still decided to come here and honestly my experience was a lot better than I expected. The staff was very friendly and I got my order very quickly! I ordered the PB swizzle and it was so delicious.

They close like 10 minutes early. they leave the doors open but tell customers they can no longer provide service.better adjust the schedule so that they don't arrive when it's still time for service.

Ordered online for a 12:56 pick up. Had to wait 30 minutes. Requested a refund and they proceeded to make my smoothie. I want my money back and can't even use app to cancel order. If you need more hands hire people
