I was just there like 20 mins ago. I think there is only one employee (a black, tall, skinny guy) it took forever for my order to be ready (I understand if he was the only one there) I got a acai cocoa bowl, melted, the flavors were not the same and I have bought it from this location and other locations before so I know how it tastes, wasted over $12. I ended up throwing it cuz it wasn’t right!

Very disappointed at smoothie King, I love this place I go to a smoothie king by my house all the time I was out of my way and came to this one . I was overcharged for my smoothie never have I paid almost $30 for two items with No extras. Well, when I got my receipt, I realized that they had tipped themselves that’s why my Total cost was high. Which I believe is very unethical. Needless to say, I won’t be coming here anymore. Very disappointed at smoothie King at least this location..

The bowls are my new favorite. I live in Missouri City and I drive past at least two Smoothie Kings to come to this location. The fruit is always fresh and workers have excellent customer service.

I ordered a drink through the drive through and when I got to the window I asked if I could add spinach to the smoothie. The girl at the window (Dominique) said I could not add spinach at that point. I requested she cancel the order and start over if she couldn’t add it and she advised she could not do that. I then asked what do they do when someone drives off. She advised they delete the order. I requested they delete the order and Dominque advised that I would have to physically drive off. I advised that I would drive off and come back around to place a different order and she said I couldn’t do that either. Eventually she asked coworkers for help who were able to fix my order in the system. My drink came out tasting strange and have my concerns as Dominque's attitude and customer service were extremely poor and unimpressive. I called to complain about the experience and Dominique advised she is the manager and they made an exception for me. This has to either be a poorly ran franchise or just really crappy staff cause the attitude was crazy. As a customer, you would think you would at least get an apology. Instead it was an argumentative conversation. Please train your managers how to manage escalating situations. Would strongly not recommend this location.

First time here nice drive thru customer service, this is good and fulling, no meal needed
After waiting 25 minutes… they try to sell me more and adding extras and my order not ready …. In hence i left angry without drink. Worst location

Ordered my smoothie and banana chips through door dash, so i cannot review about the ambiance to this location. I ordered my favorite carrot kale dream. With the combination of fruits in this smoothie, you wouldn't even know it has kale in it. The order was processed quickly as notified by door dash. Only complaint I have is the Styrofoam cup which is very flimsy and if you grab it wrong, you can easily poke a hole in it. Would definitely recommend this smoothie, and you can add things like an immune booster etc.

Ask for my boi FLOYD get his drink really good 10 out of 10. Every sip of that drink makes you want to keep taking more sips the drinks gets better every sip. Again highly recommend. Ask for his drink.
