This place used to be my favorite ☹️? the past few times I’ve come the workers are so rude and the food isn’t what it used to be. I came on 04/15/24 and the workers put on my reciept that I ordered a double cheeseburger so we (me and my bf) let them know that I just wanted a regular cheeseburger. Two of the employees went back and fourth with us saying that I actually said “double cheeseburger”. They said they wouldn’t give us a refund or change the order even though we didn’t even have our food yet and we let them know right after ordering. They definitely had an attitude and we just said okay then to not deal with them any more. It was two women, one way older and one young with long black hair, both speaking in Spanish and both with an attitude. We left so disappointed.

Standard burger, good but nothing to be excited about and does the job. Prices are pretty steep for just a standard burger though.Menu is also uninspired, I ordered the jalapeno burger and just got 4 pickled jalapeños on a standard burger. A changing of the sauces, grilling the jalapeños, maybe on Texas Toast, something to make it worth commanding its own line on the menu, but nope was legit just a burger with +jalapenos.Sweet potatoes fries are good but seems we got from batch that was just sitting there (they’re probably really good fresh).Chilli cheese dog was also good but definitely uninspired as well. I would take off the lettuce and tomatoes, diced the onions and pickles, added a ranch.It’s small details that could make the biggest differences.

I normally don't write reviews, especially negative ones for small business but they earned this one.When I walked in, I was the only customer there and now I see why; good service is a lost art.I ordered a chicken sandwich and was very specific on what I wanted on it (i.e. no mayo, easy mustard instead, Swiss cheese instead of American cheese, etc). I even asked him to repeat my order and he had it right. When he handed me my to-go order, I must say it was piping hot which was good. I was going to wait until I got home to eat it but I couldn't wait. I'm glad because they did what they wanted with my sandwich. Extra mayo instead of no mayo. Not an ounce of mustard in sight. Double American cheese instead of Swiss. Sloppy, etc. I walked back in and said my order was wrong and would like it to be remade correctly. The employees and managers started talking in Spanish for like 2 mins and the guy came back out and said they would change out the bun and cheese (I guess scrape it off) instead of just making my sandwich from scratch the way I ordered it! ? Umm no thank you. I immediately requested my money back and was met with subtle attitude for their mistake. I went right over to chick fil a and was met with a pleasant attitude and a correct order, for cheaper. Will not return and would not recommend.

The prices are a lot higher than listed online. Expect to pay $20 for a burger combo with a drink for sure. Just go to MOD next door
Parking: They have enough parking North of the building but that is technically "shared" with PetSmart and the Eye Doctor. But West of the building has more parking and the door is closer to the ordering point, so "win-win" . And if both lots were full for some crazy busy time, you could park East of the building which is really Target parking, but it is so far away from Target that there will never be cars competing for those spaces. There will always be parking outside of Southwell's, the only limit to eating at Southwell's is tables inside. And there are enough tables for most day and times.

Burgers are small and tasteless. Fries have no season. and the worst part is their customer service is bottom of the barrel. Please save your money, time, and taste buds.
