I was told I could not order at the drive thru window when picking up a mobile order. That I had to drive around to the speaker box again and order it there to come back to the window and pay. Starbucks, this policy is ridiculous and just outright bad service.

Obtained the Java chip Frappuccino with no whipped cream and an affrogotto shot. The Associate was super kind with a friendly smile. The ambiance was smooth and not too rushy. Nice feel and vibe.

Great customer service!! I think the barista who served us at the beginning of October was in training and she was so sweet - made my made! Stopped by for my free Starbucks birthday drink and she went out of her way to wish a HBD. Really appreciate the kind gesture!!

Awful, you cant even get anyone to answer the drive through sat there for 10 min then pulled up to window for them to ignore. Already bad enough surrounded by construction but all the workers need to be let go.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Horrible service. Will no longer be going to any Starbucks! I had my app pulled up for stars and she just handed me the payment terminal. Also I was ordering and she didn’t hear my 2nd half of my order for my pastry. Very unattentive for a morning coffee place. Will not be giving my business to Starbucks anymore!!!!!

The worker told me she made the wrong frappacino and said she would give me the correct frapp too. But she used the leftovers from the other drink to make it which was clear when she gave me the correct frapp but the cup was less than halfway filled. I asked her to remake it and I'm pretty sure she just filled the cup up with milk because that's exactly what it tasted like. Went back in to ask to have it remade and she was pissed. Not a good experience. I wasn't rude or anything either, just wanted the drink I originally ordered to be correctly made. There were also hardly any customers there so it's not like was happening during the middle of a rush.

I applied for a p/t job here.Walked in, ordered a coffee, and asked the girl helping me if they were still hiring. She cheerfully said, "yes, let me get my managwr". He took one look at my 50 year old face and said they weren't hiring.Which was weird, because I'd just applied for two p/t jobs at that location.He then told me I could take his card and call him if something opened up.#ageism
