I ordered one drink and a few cake pops thirty minutes ago and still haven’t gotten my order. The guy taking our order was rude and didn’t say anything other than my total. No hello, nothing. We tried to go through the drive through at first but after 5 minutes it wasn’t moving. Coming inside was a mistake.

Had a 5 star because I've been coming here for years, but I'm changing it now after this horrible experience. I ordered a grande medium roast coffee in a venti cup with cream and sugar on the side. I then received a cold coffee that tasted old. I ask how old is the coffee, they said they'll replace it. Comes back not even one minute later like " does this one taste better? No idea where he got that from but usually when this happens I wait about 5 minutes for a fresh one. The coffee comes about half way full (less than the last one) so I ask for just a tad bit more he instantly says "no sir, you ordered a grande in a venti." I order this everyday and know he was not giving me enough coffee. On top of that he never replaced the cream and sugar I had ordered and wasted on the original coffee. I got a little upset and said " I spend $3 to $4 here everyday, what's going on guys. This ain't McDonald's man what kind of service is this." I demanded some fresh coffee. He then comes 2 minutes later like "here sir" while I was sitting down not paying attention. He didn't care to have me acknowledge it was the coffee. And again, it came without the cream and sugar I had asked for originally. I've never experienced anything like this at any Starbucks I've been to. I ask someone else to speak to the manager and find out the boy with horrible service was the manager. Ain't no way y'all have someone like this running a upper scale coffee shop like this! The other employee offered a free pastry or something and tried to make me happy, which worked but I declined. I asked for corporate email or number to make a complaint but coincidentally they had ran out of cards. They gave me money on a card Instead but I was hesitant to accept. It wasn't about the money, it's about customer service. People spend the extra dollar here for finer coffee and perhaps service as well. The manager here should be working at McDonald's with that kind of attitude. African American kid who had "navy veteran" on his apron was amazing. He did everything I. His part to calm me down and tried to serve me complimentary stuff while the manager kept working at the window ignoring my presence. Ain't no way he is managing this store! ? I could've gone to McDonald's for cold coffee and an attitude

I recently had a disappointing customer service experience at Starbucks with a “shift manager” by the name of Zac, Despite reaching out, the lack of communication from district and regional managers is disheartening. It's essential for companies to address such issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

I do not eat their food it is way too expensive, the coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not it depends on your server.

I sat in the drive thru from 8-810 am waiting for the store to open. Eventually grew impatient and called in. I was told the store is temporarily closed. I asked, "I thought you open at 8am according to the business hours" and was told"not today".

The batista seemed to be a mute. ??? I always have to ask for a napkin when ordering a sandwich. This is so at every Starbucks. I guess they're trying to save money since everything on the menu is sooooo cheap. Go figure ?

This location has had numerous issues Drinks made poorly and just simply made wrong. Also playing around like kids with the milk on front of the customer. They don’t care about long lines no good customer service… the staff does not have the same integrity and work ethic.Not recommended this location anymore

Literally i've gone to this location plenty of times but lately they been doing bad service. i ordered a brown shaken espresso drink, they gave me more cold foam than the actual coffee... not even that i spent $10 on a drink that i am not getting what i paid for...
