like I said in my last review, please stop supporting Starbucks because they support israel and the boycott has been shown to work. A lot of people don’t drink a Starbucks coffee anymore because although it can be convenient, it is also quite expensive, and you can make your own coffee at home. if you don’t know how to make coffee then you can look up on YouTube as there are so many different tutorials for so many different things. Please consider this and just know that this is just my review and I am definitely not telling you how to live your life. You can do exactly what you want, but I am just giving you a suggestion because just like McDonald’s this place does not deserve your money. There are many other outlets other than monopolies that directly affect your local baristas, and also just the global political situation. Stay blessed and much love. This has got to be privately owned! I order a medium hot earl grey tea with 4 sugars on the side a glazed donut, a pop donut, a Swiss and ham croissant, a small herbal tea, and 2 waters. They add sugar to my tea, don’t give me my glazed donut, and don’t give me a receipt!! I don’t live in the area I have called several times, they don’t answer! Now I have to be inconvenienced to go back to get my money back!!!Just left, supervisor and store manager apologized and got me my donut and a fresh cup of hot tea!!! THANK YOU!!!!! ? It was worth the drive!! Back in love with Starbucks!! ❤️

For the amount of money they charge for coffee this is unacceptable! I get leaving a SMALL gap so it doesn't spill in the car but this is just ridiculous! Not to mention it tasted burnt.

Its almost impossible to understand the pricing of most drinks. Very limited pricing info on the menu boards. My drink was not made correctly.

Waited over 20 minutes for a drink that was made incorrectly (Seems like they made my Mocha with water instead of milk.). Hate leaving reviews like this as a shareholder. Usually they have such great service at Starbucks.

This is literally my second time trying to go into this location for coffee. I was not acknowledged either time, no employee gave eye contact or greeted me or my husband. The manager was off to the side laughing and talking. I counted 7 employees ( including management) and one one acknowledged our existence while waiting for 9 minutes. Although the drive thru was crowded, we were the only customers inside in front of the register. People need to stop patronizing large companies just because they are well known. I've gotten better treatment from less known, smaller coffee chains. Horrible service! Shame on you Starbucks!
