Typical Starbucks - but I have to give them credit...they played some tunes while I was there! In the spam of 20 minutes I sat and drank my coffee I heard songs by Cake, Depeche Mode, and Jeff Buckley. Anna took my order, and there was a lovely lady with bluish streaks in her hair that was very friendly and took care of me as a customer. If I am in this mall....this is where I am getting my coffee and listening to good music!Kid-friendliness: Its a mall - hello!

Came in to get a mango dragon fruit refresher, I ended up getting 10% of the refresher and the rest of it was ice. Kinda disappointing to be honest

It is Monday 6pm. I came into the store with my kids and suddenly an employee from Starbucks told they were closed. I saw the operations hours and says they close at 8pm.

I asked for a couple of water and the Barista was rude and told me to go ask the cashier.. usually I will say something. But now days I decided to walk away, instead of wasting my breath...anyway no more Starbucks...it makes more sense to stay away and not spend my money in a place that became arrogant after it started making money lost the good human behaviors ?

I adore this particular location because of the ambiance here! It's a nice relaxing vibe, and the woody Brown decor really helps with this time of year; it's the holidays. So, the greens and reds give me the it's Christmas, along with my smooth, tasty peppermint mocha coffee. And I'll tell you, it's a busy location, but the barristers quickly fill the orders here; there's no waiting around.

I come to Starbucks everytime I work simply for some waters for me and my coworkers. Besides the wait that's typically takes 20 minutes even for just one water and it dosen't have to be busy, the customer service from two specific Starbucks employees is always horrible. they speak very rudely and often see me in line and continue to ignore me despite how polite I am or how politely I ask. my coworkers have also had the same problems with them as well. I love Starbucks but this is definitely sad and unacceptable.

I was shopping today and had my kids with me. So it was a bit of a stressful time. I decided to take myself and the kids to Starbucks so they can get their caffeine free Frappuccino, and get me a refresher. I got up to the cash register and a man with a hat (which was so cute) I guess since I was stressed out. I was like “ugh I need a moment my anxiety is bad right now”, and I took a deep breath. He said a few encouraging words. It might have been something small but it really helped me. So thank you. Great experience and calm environment even with the chaos of being in a mall. They were on top of it.

Sorry service, I ordered a coffee frap. with whipped cream on top and they added caramel on top. I told the young man making the frap. I didn't ask for caramel and a young lady working the back tells me you need to order it without caramel next time because it comes back on us. I said but I didn't order caramel. The young man making the frap. continued to supposedly remake it with an attitude and actually put caramel in the frap. itself. I was so upset I threw it in the first trash can I found at the mall.

I have only been to Starbucks only three times and had my order wrong and negative interactions. I went to this location and met with Mariah and she was a breathe of fresh air!! She was really nice and she made me feel like I was the president himself. She knew the menu and even suggested trying a new drink item! I would come back just to see her!!

I was shopping and decided to stop by Starbucks to finally use a gift card I’ve been holding on to for a while. The Starbucks experience today was amazing! The entire staff was so friendly and I had the Pleasure of interacting with Mariah. She was so helpful and kind to me and my son! She made us feel so welcomed and my son just loved her. Thank you again Starbucks and Mariah and the entire staff!
