Went to go pick up a order was not acknowledged at all although I stood in there for about 5 minutes old white guy walked in they immediately greeted him store was empty I was the only customer still no acknowledgment. A store for the people with European ancestry

I enjoyed my coffee so much. I sat at a table outside while watching it rain periodically. The service was great and they are very kind. And the store is very clean. I loved my visitWheelchair accessibility: Full wheelchair accessibility. I had got no problem maneuvering my power chair there. And they helped me by holding the entrance door for me without asking
I stood there for five minutes while the workers fiddled around the kitchen. I was the only customer. A person walked up in scrubs and they instantly turned around to help this person.I mean, if the store is just there for the health care workers don’t put it in the hospital main lobby!

Customer service was so horrible. The cashier was being so rude when I was ordering and kept giving me attitude. The other employees just watched and said nothing. When I finish giving him my order, he just gave a mean ugly look and said "whatever you want".
I travel for work and am away from home a lot. It makes my day start right when I stop by this store. Everyone is so friendly and upbeat. And somehow they remember my name which is remarkable considering the traffic this place sees. I can always count on the fantastically friendly and professional staff for a smile. The drinks and food are good too, and quickly prepared.
