I went there to purchase commemorative mugs for my coworker who is leaving Houston going to Baltimore, MD. I found the exact ones I was looking for. The barista that assisted me was extremely helpful since I needed time to decide which ones to purchase. I wish I had gotten his name. He even assisted me loading my card (via the app) to get points for the purchase. It was a very busy Tuesday evening with lots of students. Thank you Starbucks from a former Seattleite!!!!

It took over 20 mins and we still didn’t have our beverages. They were only makingMobile order and drive thru orders but there was only one car in the drive thru and 25 people inside waiting on their orders they had places inside. They only prioritized drive thru and mobile and ignored the mass number of people waiting inside for their orders. It was a nightmare experience

It used to be a great place where you can relax and study now they purposely put chairs in the front with no tables so nobody can sit down and study. I haven’t come here and years because sometimes they would give me the wrong order. And today I came inside and a lady named Brooke had an attitude with every customer, if she doesn’t want to be around people she should not work there. I order a coffee with extra shots and instead I got milk and charged me more. They need to shut this coffee place down or hire new employees with good customer service. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Worst Starbucks you can ever go to Do not go there they keep you waiting at least 15 minutes in drive tru before taking you're order, I just set at that drive Tru for over 18 minutes and still didn't get anything because when I get to the ordering screen the person over the drive Tru still set there and said can you please wait I processeded to tell her wait for what I been waiting over 15 minutes on you're drive tru and you want me to wait again all I want is and she processed to put me on hold, If you want an easy going StarBucks please DONT GO TO THIS ONE I REPEAT DONT GO TO THIS ONE!!!! NOW I KNOW WHY I DISLIKE GOING TO THIS STARBUCKS I RATHER GO TO THE ONE BY MY JOB .

I only visit when they have specials on the drinks.? The food and pastry is good, but a tad expensive, so I don't purchase. The atmosphere was so much better before, then it is now, in the Gulfgate store.

I had a bad experience with this location. I always order the same drink with NO ICE and my cup is always filled up ! Today was a disappointment with the drink . It was half way filled up !! Never going Back ! If possible I would of given no stars .

Nice place, the wait for your drink is ridiculous. Bringing ice out and fixing things around while I'm here waiting for my drinks.Is. a big NO! NO! CUSTOMER MUST COME FIRST!!
I didn’t realize I was a regular until this morning when the barista at the drive thru knew my order .. great customer service! I was trying to save money and go with a basics but her recommendation of my usually order convinced me to get my regular! SUPER Friendly!! There’s a gentleman man inside also who’s also always welcoming! I come here faithfully and will continue to.
I walked in and was greeted by a very lovely woman.. she helped my with my order and explained different kinds of hot drinks they had, she was very helpful.. waited maybe 5 mins for a very delicious drink.. Thank you starbucks for your patience with me.. I also learned how to use the app..
