3398 Gloria needs to be fired. She does not need to be taking orders if she does not have the patience to listen to someone place a order. She was rude, would cut me off and refused to listen to anything I said. The staff also yelled “you break it you buy it” to a kid who accidentally knocked over their cups waiting in line.

Coffee was hot, strong, and good. The Bacon Gouda Breakfast Sandwich was not worth the wait or the price.

This is the starbucks as you enter or exit the IAH airport terminal. Once I land in Houston if I am not in a rush to get to an event I try to grab a drink at this Starbucks. They are fast and very convenient. I have never had to wait in line here and this is not the only starbucks in the building.

Starbucks is by far best coffee shop that we have visited. Being an Indian Irony is I always buy Chai Tea Latte from a Coffee shop ?, It was our last visit to any shop in USA before we leave states permanently. The airport facilities is best and my daughter spent easy half an hour roaming around and finding how many sweets she can have before leave. Loved it. Thanks Starbucks for memories ?

All of these one star reviews are hilariously accurate. Zero management. Everyone is running around doing meaningless tasks while a huge line gets bigger. An employee is just counting coins while only one person actually works the cash register. Another employee argued with a customer about not giving her two drinks after 15 min.

The Starbucks at terminal A has very poor costumer service, they did not accept cash, the lady that took my order was very rude, and it was hard to understand what she was saying. On top of that they didn’t have green tea or peach flavor for an iced peach green tea lemonade, so I ended up asking for a vanilla bean crème, but she made it extremely sweet, to the point where I couldn’t drink it, and she gave me a paper covered straw with wet hands too, so I couldn’t even use it . The kitchen also looked extremely messy and dirty.

Consistently one of the worst Starbucks. The store was messy, drinks are inconsistent and often made with errors. I'd pass on this one unless you're desperate for a caffeine fix.

We’ve officially found it, folks. The worst Starbucks in the union is right here in the IAH airport. Understaffed and overpaid, the incredibly slow employees couldn’t care less if your order is correct.

Good service, Natalie was the person taking the order and she was so nice and full of energy!

Terminal A Starbucks review here. Absolutely terrible service. One of the cashing machines was not taking credit, which wasn't the workers' fault, but it contributed to slower service and the workers did not even care. It took me 15 minutes to get up to the cashier and even then, they did not take my order. I think two of the 6 employees were actually working, and the rest were hanging out talking. I had to leave without purchasing anything because my flight was already boarded.

Wow. Not in a good way. Just wow. There was only 1 employees of 4 here who was doing any work. The majority of the employees were talking to each other, looking for phones, or simply wandering around. Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks (one of which was hot tea...pour water, add bag) and a sandwich. The cashier actually looked perturbed that she had to help by making the tea. I feel bad for the individual who was actually working in this clearly toxic environment. For her sake I hope she finds a different job. I don't typically write bad reviews. I can't even say it's because I am travel worn. I have plenty of time before my flight and am in no rush.
