Sat., Morning, I entered the Target Starbucks and asked the Barista for a complimentary coffee on Veterans Day. Zero customer service skills. Rolling your eyes and being combative is not what I expected.

This what happens when your new work location doesn't have a coffee machine. You make an after dinner run. Try something new...pumpkin spice, try something sweet...cookie crumbles, and try something old... medicine ball tea and popcorn to go.Always a student environment and that traditional great service. Ooh La La!!!

The venti Java chip Frappuccino was pure perfection. The beverage was crafted perfectly. The span from ordering to being in hand was actually shorter than expected. The ambiance was pretty pleasant and chill. It was not too fussy and the musical selection was adequate. The Associates were not but not too talkative.

No Wi-Fi. Please put a large “No Wi-Fi” sign up for people who arrive to work on their computers. Ordered a drink, and then drove to a different Starbucks to work.Great customer service, just unhappy with lack of communication.

I walked in ten minutes past when my order was supposed to have been complete, and yet my order was not complete. Dozens of people were standing around awaiting their orders. I walked out without the coffee I had already paid for via the app because I had customers depending on me to be a professional and being on time. You know, because my standard for customer service is significantly higher than that of this Starbucks.
Today, for the second time in two weeks, I left without my order because they were so slow and did not get to my mobile order 45 minutes after I placed the order - Venti Dark Roast!! Then I went up to the cashier, Robert, and he told me that they did not have any!!! Meanwhile, all of the brews had a minimum of three mobile stickers sitting there untouched the whole time I was there. I have gone here for years and they turned over the morning staff and the new group is horrible. The manager just sits there heating up food not being picked up instead of managing. Area manager needs to be replaced. Do not order here.

Came today was told the espresso machine was not working . Not able to use my rewards we had ordered 4 drinks .was not given a cup holder and it was just me with the 4 cups plus bags from target . And lastly employee seemed frustrated and annoyed. Not buying from This Starbucks ever again
