I was doing some shopping with my family and decided to place an order at a conveniently placed Starbucks in the middle of the store. First things first, the lady's attitude was terrible (short Asian woman) and when my mother tried to pay for the rest because I didn't have enough, she was standing washing dishes so we waited because she's the only one there. And we just waited. 2 to 3 minutes go by and she hasn't turned around. There were no more dishes either. FIRE THIS WOMAN. Never again.

Just wanted to say this was the best Starbucks inside a Kroger the poor girl was so busy, it’s a busy area. We even accidentally ordered wrong and she was so understanding and remade it! This was the star service Starbucks is known for and why everybody still comes here! Thank you Nina great job girl keep it up !
A huge establishment with the best baristas I have ever come across. Lots of seating when there's no COVID- but they have their patio open for now. My drink is always perfect and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed.

I just went in at 8:42 PM because yelp and google told me they close at 9 PM, but when I went inside, all of the pastries were cleaned out and the lights were turned off. I had t reach over the counter and ask her if she wasn't taking any orders anymore. She just nodded her head. I didn't realize there was a Starbucks across the street, should've gone there instead of wasting my time. Wish I could give no stars
