I bought a hot mocha in drive thru.Once on road i took a sip and knew something very wrong. It is watered down and barely over half full. Now I think I was given someone else's drink that was already being drunk No whipped cream. Watered down and half empty. Really?. I am so grossed out I will never go to this store again.
The staff is always friendly and inviting especially Luna. They are coffee ninjas and always have the drinks on time especially for a busy location off of 290

This location has extremely low standards for running a business. Retrain your staff on how a cold brew coffee is made and served. If I wanted burnt-tasting coffee I'll go to the gas station.

Visited this Starbucks on a Monday at noon. Despite the drive-thru being busy, the interior was empty. Service was outstanding from Clair and Travis: the drinks were top-notch. Will definitely return to this location.
