First time visiting here today. I rolled up to the drive thru and there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of me. I was prepeared to wait a little bit. Nope....fasting Starbucks I've ever been to! And super friendly as well!

Despite having a 2-year-old in urgent need of the restroom, the staff refused access, making the situation uncomfortable and inconvenient. It's disheartening when basic considerations for customers, especially those with young children, are overlooked.

Every morning I drive up.I ask for a certain drink.Its funny how when this certain cashier is there They never have the ingredients to make it.
Went thru drive thru. They were working on intercom and missed us the young man at the window apologized and gave us our drinks free. All in all a pleasant mishap.

Most of the times the lines are very long! It’s a hassle to get in the line if you’re driving against traffic.The guy outside taking your order is really nice but unfortunately the risk and the time you take to get in line doesn’t matter since this facility doesn’t care since they don’t carry change and the manager screams NO! I can hear him from drive thru.Unfortunately for me they stoled my wallet and only had cash. Thanks for making my day even better! Wish the guy outside would show the manager some manners.
