This is the only subway I go to with bread like this. Small hard. It’s because they don’t prepare the bread correctly and give it time to rise because they don’t care about the business. Probably a drug front

The old minority lady never makes my sand which correct. I rarely come here because everytime I do, they are unfriendly and rude. That explains the 3 stars they have. Fingers crossed they go out of business and replaced with something better

Last time I was here I asked for a specific kind of sandwich and the guy missed about half the things on it and I kept having to ask him to add things he'd forgotten and then when he used a knife to hold the top of my sandwich down while closing it he cross contaminated my sandwich with mustard from the previous woman before me (I don't eat mustard) and my entire sandwich had clumps of mustard all in it... just wipe down the knife.

I don’t know if the guy is the manager or just an employee, but he needs to go back and learn simple communication manners. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. This guy doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Never returning here, I’d rather go to the location on Northpark even if it’s further.

It is so frustrating having someone make your sandwich that refuses to put any toppings on it for you. They act as if lettuce is Truffle or something. Also, the Indian woman that works in the day time is a nice lady, but she only puts topping in the center of your foot long sub. I've asked repeatedly if she can add toppings to the rest of the sandwich and she just doesn't get it. Don't get me started on her not wanting to put oil and vinegar on your sub. You have to ask for extra. And when that's done you have to ask for more. Once that's done. You have to ask for more. Eventually you just give up and move on. I honestly don't think I'll come back. I know it's just a sandwich, but man it is so frustrating. Then the kids that work at night hoard the lettuce. You almost feel insulted by the lack of letruce they put on there. Total lack of training. You get a different sandwich each day depending on who's making it for you.

I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. When I got there, I parked in a spot in front of the store and clicked the button that I was there. The lady came out with my order and stared at my car with a confused look on her face. When she brought my order to me, she was clearly annoyed that I didn't park in the curbside spot. She told me I should've parked in the curbside spot and that everyone who does curbside pickup parks there. Before I could even respond she hurried back into the store. I couldn't even see the curbside sign because there was a large SUV next to it. The spot I was parked in was only 2 spots down from it. Also, the Subway App says you can park anywhere near the store and the order had my car body style and color info.I've had another curbside pickup experience here before where there was someone parked in the curbside spot so I parked a few spots down. The guy was very annoyed that I wasn't parked in the spot even after I told him the spot was occupied.This was the last time I'm going to this location. Too many of the employees/managers/owners are rude. I'm not sure, but I think a lot of the people that work there are the owner's family members.
