Our family wanted subway for dinner. This was our first time at this location. It was the worst experience to say the least. Wish we could give it zero stars. We ordered 3 sandwiches and the guy had an attitude.

My experience was horrible on 01/17/24. It was one worker at night and he refused to tell me his name. He was cleaning(moping) did NOT wash is hand. He was eating chips between serving me and had an awful attitude when I asked if the could wash his hands. I asked for light mayo and mustard and went went overboard. One of my sandwich’s barely had meat.

This place is never open at 7am. This sucks because this is the only Subway in the area. All other locations open at 8am.I can see the female that work there and a car is parked in front. Several times in the last two years I get there a little after 7am and the door is locked. She ignores your your knocks and keep doing what she's doing.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you cannot eat gluten and need a gluten free bread alternative the women at this store who barely speak English cannot verify which bread is the gluten free one. I have had gluten free bread at many subways before and it has not been a problem- it is usually the flat bread. Subway has had gluten free bread options since 2011. This subway is located in a very busy area the people that work here should a be absolutely fired for their complete ignorance not only for their lack of gluten free knowledge but for their lack of any food allergy knowledge. I left and did get any food at this subway I was not going to jeopardize myself just because I needed something to eat. I actually am one of those people that like subway over other sandwich places like jimmy John's etc.. but I will be really leery of coming back to any subway in the future.

The Mexican lady making my sandwich March 10th, 2023 around 12:30 pm at the Washington Ave. location in the Heights of Houston, Tx was very, very incompetent and that's me being nice! She didn't listen to the way I wanted my sandwich made, told me she couldn't just toast the cheese and bacon even tho that's how I always get my All star sandwich made then to top it off they didn't have any Togo condiment cups which is crazy as hell since this is a Franchise business I asked her to put the sauce that I was trying to get in the small water cups since they didn't have any Togo condiment cups and she refused to... now I work in the restaurant and bar industry and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to take orders and give the customers what they're asking for in my opinion she needs to be fired and working at a job that doesn't take much thinking because obviously she's not the brightest crayon in the box. This location doesn't deserve not even one star if I could rate this location the way I wanted they would have zero stars! Do better!

The customer service that I received at this location was the worst. The lady that was dressing my sandwich had a very bad Attitude, I asked her for light onions she put a hand full of onions on my sandwich. After I repeated lite onions please she took all the onions off and left one slice on my sandwich. I didn't make a issue out of it but while I was paying for my food I then ask for some napkins, she gave me one napkin balled up and stuff it into my bag... very bad service

Horrible treatment of clients Monday, January 23 at 8:30 a.m. I went with my family and when I asked for the bathrooms they answered with attitude and they closed the bathrooms to the clients, not giving them the service that the clients need

The ranch or mayo was old I've gone to a subway in a different location and the cheese was bad. I don't order cheese anymore because of it. Now I won't get mayo or ranch or cheese. Not really eating fresh if everything tastes old
