The moment I walked in the door the room was full of the overwhelming reek of paint, the lettuce was brown, they said they no longer carry black olives which was really disappointing. At checkout I was for a large fountain drink was was told it was not working and I was made to buy a bottle drink. I also bought chocolate chip cookies that were nearly ice cold also absolutely disappointing. When I went to eat my sandwich the bun was very hard. After this I was not even able to eat my meal. This whole experience was terrible.

The servers are rudein general. Today, 10 March 2024, there was one lady there. She was so slow making an order for a pickup. When she finally got to me, she tried to rush me, which falls into the general rudeness that I mentioned earlier. Not only that, I asked her for the price, she didn't know (lack of product knowledge), so I asked her to check the price in the computer. She said she couldn't because the camera is watching. Okay, well, the process for breakfast items used to be listed or posted, but since they are not, I want to make sure I'm not over charged. She guessed that a footlong would be around 9 dollars plus tax, but she wasn't sure. I wanted to know, as I said to her, so that I could choose six inch or footlong. I choose 6 inch, like I normally do. So she made it and kept confusing what I wanted. I wanted an egg sandwich for breakfast. They offer egg, egg with turkey or egg with beef. She kept on insisting on the egg with beef. I said okay because it's always the same price with or without meat. She decided to ring it up as a steak sandwich with added egg and charged me over 8 dollars. Now she turned the computer screen around for me to see it. That's how I know she rang it up incorrectly. I tried explaining it to her in English and in Spanish. Earlier she questioned where my Spanish is from. It's from my mom, like other Hispanic people (or their dad, of course). Anyway, she ran it up incorrectly and that's why they need to have it posted. I understand that everyone won't speak the same language all over the world, that's why a posting of items offered in a restaurant or similar purchasing environment is vital because now Subway (that location) has lost a great & regular customer.I left the food there, I blessed her for a great day, and I left and went to Whataburger on the same parking lot!!!Thank you Whataburger for your niceness!!Maybe Subway will return to posting all of their items as well as requiring staff to speak enough English to work alone in the restaurant.GO TO WHATABURGER.Vegetarian options: It's minimal.

Sadly, this Subway is inconsistent. Great location, but not uncommon to get order wrong. Recently did an online order of 3 sandwiches and every single one was wrong, and they were not complicated. Plus I ordered online for 45 minutes later and had to wait 10 min to get food. I do not recommend ordering online here, order in the store if you must.

This place is horrible. The staff are always angry or on their phones! When i go in they sit while playing with their phones and when they decide to help they leave the phone playing while helping me! i have to repeat no toast but they insist to toast it anyways! They have very poor attitudes as adults and they seem very biased towards who they are nice too! just saying! horrible service! This subway needs to be revamped or shut down!

Avoid this location if possible.One dude ONLY works phone orders no matter how many people are in line. The other person is new, slow, not good English, works the line. Lots of people walk in wait about 30min then leave. Like the DMV of sandwich shops.

Cucumbers were rotten, meat was covered so we couldn't see the quality and we were barely spoken to. Constantly had to repeat our order and was given an attitude when we asked for anything. I did not like it here at all.

so I placed a mobile order this evening for two foot-long meatball sandwiches. it's nice because they had the buy one get one free, which is why I ordered. when I got home to open up my sandwich, the meatball subs had no sauce!! I tried to call the store but the phone number listed on this Google address is not in service. The phone number listed in the app is not in service so it's a little irritating that after I got home from work, in this pouring down rain, I go to eat my sandwich and it's beyond mediocre!! mind you they could've mentioned something and I could've understood if they we're out of the product. OK let me order something else, but they didn't even bother. They literally proceeded to give me a sandwich knowing they didn't have the product available the way it should be.

We ordered on the app. We've ordered on the app for multiple locations. The time elapsed from when we ordered to when we walked in the store to pick up the order was 20 minutes. Every other location I've been to would have the order ready. They were just beginning to make the first sandwich when we walked in the door. Pathetic. They put plenty of veggies on, but they were put on haphazardly.
