I come in to get a kids sandwich for my child’s lunch. They gave me a kids 4” sandwich but charged me for a 6” with additional sides. The problem is a refund should have been given or a new sandwich should have been made since you charged me incorrectly. Maybe if the workers pay attention to customers and listen attentively v. focusing on their personal conversations this could have been avoided.

Dropped in at perfect time. I beat the lunch crowd. Got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki to go and made it back in time to eat before my lunch time was over.
It's a pretty average Subway shop. It was not as busy as usual when I went but it still took about 5 minutes to get my order in and get served. The new menu design emphasizes new offerings and obscures some long-time favorites, so be ready for that.

Employee sitting his in car littering items from his car into the parking lot rather than walking 3 ft to a trash can. Then girl making my sandwich was on her cell phone talking from the time i walked up until after i paid. She was clearly annoyed i had to interrupt her conversation just to tell her what kind of sandwich i wanted and what to put on it. If they act like this when they know people are looking i can only imagine their behavior when no one is looking i.e. food prep and cleaning.

The Steak Cali Fresh footlong was better than I expected. Added chipotle sauce and other vegetables. Warm and toasted. The table wasn't totally clean but it was nothing to bother. It has nice shaded outdoor seating in front of store.
