I would give 0 stars if I could ! The worst service and they literally forget everything and don’t do anything correctly. they don’t answer their phones and don’t care about servicing people.do yourself a favor and NEVER go there if you want things done right.

I just spent the last 20 hours with food poisoning from eating a tuna sub here yesterday. It's been a terrible experience. Don't get the tuna here. I've thrown up so much since eating it. I'm still in pain.

This subway is horrible if you order delivery thru the app and they tag your order wrong they will blame the person who delivered and refuse to do anything for you unless you go into the store.

If I could give them a 0 I would! Placed an online order, paid .. app showed ready but when we went to pickup, they said there was no order and REFUSED to make the sandwiches, even with receipt in hand!

It’s 9:15 and they open at 8 and still have the door locked. They just stare at you and refuse to open with the open light on.

First of all my sandwich came with none of the stuff that I ordered on itIt was a 6 inch tuna and had 16 pickle slices on it plus onions with I don't eat. Nothing else. This 6 inch sandwich ended up costing me 13 dollars. Could've had a steak dinner for that. When I called them they said that they didn't have an order for me. Which was a lie. Then it was delivered to the 4th floor when I live on the 1st floor. It's is hard for me to walk but I had to hunt it down and thank God it was still there.The person that delivered it didn't speak English and I could not make him understand. The worst experience yet do not buy from this location ?

I didn’t even notice that the worker was ready to take my order just stood there looking down, there was three employees working, all with a stand off demeanor, the guy was nice however to the next customer I’m assuming because it was a lady. Very bizarre atmosphere there.

This place has the absolute worst service. Every time I go here They don't have my bread And then tonight they don't have meatballs why is it every time I try to go here something is wrong I just don't get it are they just the laziest Subway or what.

We went to this location on 9-11-22. I looked on Google and it closed at 9. Got there around 8:15-8:20, the door was locked. Time on window said they close at 9 on Sunday night. The staff was in the back. The place was cleaned and all food put up. We ended up going to Culver's, not at all what we wanted. We don't go to the Subway on 494 and N. Park. Kids working there are not ready to be left unsupervised.
