Did online order bread was not toasted as requested ask for less mayo they put extra yuck , steak was cold not even heated , ask for spinach no spinach no mustard was added when asked overall my cheese and steak sandwich was not enjoyable like other times, I will think twice before another online order ?and I even added a tip??♀️

Went to this Subway on Antoine, they advertise closing at 9:00 pm, however, I got there at 8:25 pm and the guy mopping the floor told me they were closed. I tried asking him about the time difference and he wouldn’t even look up at me.

I went today Thursday 04/01/2024Why did my husband want a Subway Beef??It's great, why did they finish everything and didn't put any buts, very clean place, and the employees are good ????'s, Mainly Mrs. Chaparrita, the one who is dispatching the orders, kindly asks you what you want in your sandwich ? and it will reign as you ask for it ??Nothing more than the prices are super high, everything has been doubled. Before it cost 6.99, today I paid 12 dollars? for the same order?????

Finally good service! I had stopped coming here for a while because the service was horrendous. They were much nicer, courteous and attentive. The food was fresh and the prices fair. I will return.

The women there had horrible attitudes, they tried serving us rotten food, you could literally see that the food was bad and we asked for fresh food, and they gave us a death stare and refused, they cross contaminated food right in front of us. They put too many cucumbers on the sandwich that had meatballs on it, so she took them off and got meatball sauce all over the cucumbers, this place is insanely filthy, the restrooms don’t even work.

Very very VERY unprofessional and absolutely racist. The food and a terrible and the service behind is just disgusting and despicable. Last time I went the lady behind the counter was soo racist and I did absolutely nothing ! I was waiting for a friend of mine and we both were gonna eat there but I wanted to wait till they got there to eat and I arrived at around 7 and there closing time is around 8:55-9 pm I'd say so the lady told me they were closing and I had to leave..... how are you closing on a Friday and it's 7 something PM !!?? And argued with me about it and even threaten to call the cops on me for absolutely no reason whatsoever all because I came in, I spoke and said hello, and waited on my friend before I bought anything ! Don't go to this place ever especially if you are a person of color like myself this place is terrible and doesn't welcome our people whatsoever they need to close down or get new management !!!! If I could rate 0 believe me I WOULD

12/02/22 appearance of employees is ridiculous, this is basic training when you are around or handling food you must wear your hair neatly and wear a hair net. Employees Linda had hat almost falling off no hair net and hair in her face that's not acceptable I have experience in fast food and that is absolutely ridiculous and off putting to witness as I am in line ordering my food. She is so quiet you can't even hear her . Then the Hispanic lady who was handling the money kept touching her face and and my items as I was paying wich was gross. And her hair was a mess looked like she rolled out of bed n threw her hair net on . This is not the only time employees look like they just rolled out of bed and threw on dirty uniform. This store always has bad looking employees and the lettuce always looks brown maybe cover it n keep it cool so it can last longer . Who is the GM at this location they Need to train employees and assistant managers to do basic things that they apparently can't do. You shouldalways look presentable at work and around food all hair must be neat and coverd by a hair net and you should not be touching your face or body and ppls food go wash your hands it's literally basic training .
