I'm going to be brutally honest, this was a HORRIBLE experience. Food was extremely lacking, and not authentic at all. I ordered the Signature Tonkotsu Ramen, and was very disappointed at how it was made. The chef forgot to include corn, and other ingredients in the ramen. I had to ask the waiter to bring the ingredients to me that the chef should have included from the get-go. The ramen itself tasted so egg-y and did not have that authentic taste that tonkotsu broth should have. THERE WAS NO FLAVOR, other than it tasting eggy (which was most likely from the egg thrown in). The eggs were not soy sauce infused, and the chef literally threw in 1 REGULAR soft boiled egg (cut in half to make 2 pieces). I had to throw in soy sauce and spice powder (shouldn't there be a spice bomb paste???) to add flavor to the whole ramen, but it honestly still tasted bad. I ended up just eating the noodles, and didn't touch the broth. Sushi was incredibly subpar--I've tasted much better sushi at other AYCE sushi restaurants. Everything was lacking in so much flavor, it's ridiculous. The only roll that had a semblance of flavor was the one that had sriracha sprinkled over it. I understand that this restaurant was recently built, but I don't get the high-rated reviews. We spent $70 total for such a lacking experience; this was not even close to being worth $70-it's upsetting. The restaurant severely failed in meeting the standards of what an authentic Japanese sushi restaurant should be. This whole restaurant felt white-washed, there was absolutely nothing authentic about it other than the ostentatious Japanese decor sprawled out throughout the restaurant. Not to mention, it felt like the chefs had no idea what they were doing or which directions to follow when making food. Maybe the owner should think about hiring people who are more well-versed in Japanese cuisine. I shouldn't have to ask for ingredients to be brought to me when they made the mistake themselves. The waiter was kind, he was very nice and patient with all of our requests. I just feel that he shouldn't have had to go back and forth to correct things that the chefs should've already known to do. The prices are not worth it, and this is honestly such a ridiculous excuse for a restaurant if you're upselling for this quality of food. I honestly hope the owner reads this and makes the necessary changes.

Online order. Excellent service but beef fried rice was terrible. Beef was low quality, bad taste. Disappointing.

I'm a vegetarian and even I enjoyed the all you can eat experience. They have a couple veggie rolls but also have vegetarian fried rice, miso soup, tempura, and a couple different tofu dishes to select from. Service was excellent and food was delicious for AYCE

This place is amazing. The service has been incredible each time I’ve gone and genuinely been fantastic. The quality of sushi was great, which was unexpected for all-you-can-eat. The sushi kept coming and was endless! Would highly recommend checking this new place out!

Service was great! Everyone was friendly & service was quick. However, the food was sub par, except for the sashimi. The sashimi was super fresh & came quick! Everything else was so salty we didn't re-order anything except for the sashimi. Wanted to try it since we loved trying new places, but sadly, this will be a one time only thing.

Amazing food, excellent hospitality!!! Wasn't expecting a Robert Smith (The Cure for those non-Gen X) cyber-techno mix playing in the background, but was actually pretty cool!

Wow! Unassuming and understated! Not upscale or fancy. Came in for a quick dinner with the hubby and though he was quite apprehensive given the demise of this location, we left extremely satisfied and calorically satiated! We were super hungry when we came in. Usually in that state of mind, I have a hard time deciding on what to order, especially at a sushi restaurant. I don't know what it is... Anyway--there is an excellent all-you-can-eat menu for an amazing value! We just started blurting out what sounded good and it came almost as fast as I had finished taking my next breath! The service here is great--all the ladies are so sweet! The chefs are obviously seasoned professionals. This is a very down to earth place with great sushi at a great value!

Had a great time here - dinner a Saturday night! Staff was friendly and welcoming and the food came out fast and was very hot. Highly recommend the all you can eat menu- lots of choices and great value. We really enjoyed the red moon roll, chicken karrage, and pork gyoza. The atmosphere was really nice too!

I was curious to see what took the place of "Shun" and Sun still serves "Japanese" food.Decor: they hardly changed a thing from Shun, so it looks great. We were there before 6pm, so I can't comment on "atmosphere" besides the decor.Food: Generally speaking, very bland. Specifics: sauce for age dashi tofu- no taste. Takoyaki, they use a tempera type batter to make them. My guess is that ownership is not Japanese. Takoyaki is not battered (GTS a video to see how they are made- fascinating imo).Service, pleasant, but not overly attentive. If you want bargain sushi (I don't get that concept - bargain raw fish?) and bland, not very authentic Japanese food, this is the place for you.

Ordered take out from this place so can't speak on the service in the restaurant, but there was no delay in getting the food from the delivery service. The chicken yakisoba and the combo yakisoba were large portion sizes! The flavor was a little bland compared to other Japanese food we've had, but overall decent taste! The pork gyoza was pretty good and the veggie/shrimp tempura was nice and crisp. Well try it again in person!
