Good tex-mex. We came for brunch. Good menu, but a bit small. Some good drinks, not the best for a true brunch. Service a bit slow. Food was tasty and cooked good.Recommend trying it out.Parking: They make you use valet. It's "free", minus tip.

What a great place, Matthew was very nice, he has great energy, the food was delicious, one of the best chicken tortillas soap I’ve ever ate and above it all, it took the food less than 10 minutes to be on the table! Very impressive.

Such a great experience every time I go. The food is always so delicious and fresh. The valet parking is a bonus so you don’t have to worry about parking. The servers are fast and serve a friendly smile. We celebrated my birthday and the dessert was on the house which was a nice gesture. Definitely a great a little spot for some awesome Tex-Mex and margs!

Food was amazing let’s get that out the way. There was a wait which was no problem. We waited at the bar . The bartenders were very friendly and eager to help. Once we got to our table we got zero service. Took almost 10 minutes for the waiter to come tell us he would bring us water. He never came back . Finally the hostess brought us some water. Our table started getting really wobbly to the point where our drinks were spilling over. Finally we asked to get moved. Again nobody ever came to check on us. Finally after almost screaming at someone to get some service we got someone over to take our order. about an hour we finally got our food . The food was amazing great! But the management and the stuff was extremely subpar. Waiter checked on us maybe 2 times and I had to go to the bar to order my drinks since our waiter never came around

I took my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday while we were in town for a music festival. The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome. We had the ginger margarita, jalapeño margarita and tried a few shots as well. Our service was fantastic. Our sever provided some great recommendations to try and we loved it all. We started with the Flautas (fantastic) and had the chicken street tacos and grilled chile relleno for our mains. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. I particularly loved the smoked chicken in the flautas. The two salsa varieties were super fresh and tasty as well. I hope we can come back here next time we are in Houston. Highly recommend.

The first time we came here everything was good, we recently came back on a Saturday after the lunch hour(almost nobody in the restaurant) and had some of the worst service ever in dining history. We ordered drinks, after 30 minutes we finally got up and asked what the deal is. They brought us a different tables food literally 3 times, most likely because they saw us waiting for so long and just assumed it was ours. The food is good but the house margaritas are ridiculously overpriced, and mandatory valet parking is super annoying.

Mastertavo Consequences Require Experimentation
Well for starters this place does have really good dishes and the preparation for all the food is very well done, that's why the food tastes really guud. The patio dinning is a plus for me.
My girlfriend and I along with her brother and his wife visiting from Brooklyn came here because they wanted tex-mex. The drinks we had were ok. Nothing to write home about. The chips were lacking salt and the salsas had little flavor and no heat. We got the Chile con queso compuesto. It was solid. We got the parrilla deluxe and added the pork belly carnitas and everything was bland. It all could of used a healthy dose of salt. We were extremely disappointed especially for the price. The rice was bland and flavorless and both the refried beans and charro beans were bland. It seems that they really cater to pretending to have authentic flavorful food but it is definitely whitewashed. Do yourself a favor and go to Highway Cantina for a much better experience.

The server (Madison) who didn't tell us her name, didn't know the menu or the desserts. Only asked “if we were ready to order”! She's a “order taker” not a seller who could have got us with lots of upgrades like chorizo in our queso and side of tamales. She didn't ask us if we wanted dessert. We had to ask ourselves for the menu in which its verbal but she didn't really know what they were. She also charged us 8.66 for ala mode. Soft serve from “next door” it's like she made up the price. On the receipt it was stated as superica service.

We had an absolute fabulous dinner at Superica last night. We ordered appetizers, had margaritsa, and entrees for 4, everything was delicious. I had Red Fish on the half shell and it was prepared to perfection!

Our server was very nice, but we had some issues with the pace of service. Most specifically, it took over 45 minutes to get a bottle of Sparkling wine and orange juice for mimosas. It also took a solid 20 minutes to get a Mexican Coke at the beginning of service. Overall, our experience took longer than expected given the restaurant wasn't fully occupied.
