I don't know where to start but I guess I'll begin with the grey-looking uni we reluctantly ate. We ordered A LOT of food since we were celebrating a birthday. Everything was forgettable, the few memorable dishes were for a bad reason. They took a really long time to refill our waters and messed up some simple requests made by my friends. When told, the staff seemed annoyed & tried to minimize it. I will not only not be back but if someone I know wants to come here, I will highly advise them not to. I also know of some people that left bad reviews were told to delete them by someone that works here so we'll see if my review stays on. ??♀️

Manny was our server for a surprise bday party of 12 guest! He was able to provide great service and very attentive to our needs especially with such a large group! Many of our friends were new to SOPO and they all loved it as much as we did! Will come back again soon!

First time dining here, me and my boyfriend came in a bit underdressed, hostess was sweet, she pointed us to our booth on the far end of the restaurant, where we sat for over 20 minutes without acknowledgment. No drink order asked, not even water poured. Restaurant had maybe 5 active tables total, didn’t seem busy at all, other guests were seated after us and had been greeted and already received drinks. After a while we just ended up leaving, place looks nice, just would’ve appreciated a server :/

Amazing sushi and the service was phenomenal. We had Manny as our server and he was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We had spicy garlic Edamame and Brussels sprouts which were delicious. The volcano roll was our favorite. I also enjoyed the crème brûlée and bread pudding. I will def be coming back. Can’t wait!

This will be my first and last visit to this establishment, the manager, Nasuki, exhibited extreme rudeness. Upon our arrival with a group of friends around 9:55pm, we ordered appetizers, only to discover moments later that they were on a happy hour menu for 10:00pm. Unaware of the happy hour, we politely requested accommodations from our waiter due to our recent order. However, the manager approached us abruptly, stating there was nothing he could do, and left without explanation. When a friend calmly expressed her dissatisfaction with his behavior, he defensively asked her to leave. This experience fell far short of my expectations for my first dining encounter here, leaving me profoundly disappointed with the level of customer service.
