I was treated like a criminal just for relaxing in the lobby, I ordered my food and this man with a limp, told me to leave, in a rude tone no less, I asked for his name and he didn't want to give it to me, I asked the employee and he asked why I was going to report him, I heard him call him Felix but the guy said his name is Hugo. I asked why is he being so rude he went to the lobby door and opened it and told me to get out. I asked him again what his problem was and he said " if I can't see what he sees then there's no reason for discussion. I had a hard day and love taco bell. But this guy has ruined my view of this establishment. Very unprofessional and rude for no reason.

They are always closed for maintenance!! I went saturday evening and I see all the staff sitting joking at one of the tables inside with signs at their drive thru and door stating they are closed for maintenance. I didn’t think much of it but I went back around 3 weeks later and I go to the drive through and the lady tells me they are closed for maintenance?!! I asked her why and she cut me off and just said thank you bye…. I’m more just frustrated that they don’t actually close the place and keep showing its open on here and having all the lights on as if it is. If you actually want food go to another location!!!

This place has fast and efficient service. I've never had an issue with an order being wrong. It's always clean inside. The only thing they can work on is their employee's customer service skills. They can work on being a bit more attentive and maybe just work on some common courtesy skills. They are young and easily preoccupied, chatting with co-workers. Just give the customer in front of you your attention and maybe follow up with a positive phrase like "thank you" or "enjoy your meal"... or even "have a nice day."
The food here was fresh, hot, and staff were friendly. Although there restrooms need attention I went to wash my hands prior to eating and I noticed blood on the wall and on the stall door.

This location is trash, my family and I came through. The drive thru, made our purchase. For which it was a decent order. It wasn't a lot and it was a little. Long story short, we paid and received our food. Once we made it home. We noticed our order wasn't complete. I called them right away. They answered the phone I told exactly what happened. They began to argue with each other. They asked me to hold please. And a few moments later. They pick phone up and then hung up the phone. Once I called back they refused to answer they phone. THIS PLACE IS TRASH!!!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered about $30 worth of food there ended up being a hair in one of my tacos and when I called them the manager at first tried to make excuses about how that can happen till I called her out on it because I've been in the restaurant industry for years off and on myself I no longer am but when I was the whole time I was I never got a complaint for that because I made sure my employees kept up on their sanitation and kept up on their own personal hygiene so for a hair to make it inside of a taco to where you take a bite and a hair comes out and pulls lettuce and everything out while you're eating it is unacceptable and they tell me oh we can offer you a free meal for it that's besides the point it shouldn't have happened in the first place

Serious request: give us some idea of what each burrito is so that we’re not literally opening every one up to ascertain which one belongs to whom. This isn’t complicated is it? Other fast food joints at least package each product in a way that you can identify what’s inside.

Stopped in Taco Bell for Lunch Today! Wasn't Busy at all, We got our Order Fast? it was Really good?
I don’t know what is wrong with this location and their night shift but every time I go they always mess my order up. Example for tonight I order the beefy crunch burrito combo (a burrito with Fritos and a taco),a Doritos loco taco, a soft shell taco and a chip and cheese with double cheese.I received a soft shell taco, a potato taco, and my chips and cheese. This location seriously needs to get their night shift in check.
