Ordered a chicken burrito supreme, and got a beef burrito supreme.This location is mostly and often hit and miss, most of the time they are a miss, unfortunately this is the nearest Taco Bell for us.The above review was 4 days ago.I went there today and ordered 2 quesadillas and one burrito supreme, and yet again this store failed, this time they are missing one of my quesadillas in the order.The only good thing to save them today was they let me in when dining was closed to let my daughter use the rest room.This store is starting to be a waste of money, I might just go to a different or stop going here.

Absolute waste of my money. I ordered a veggie mexican pizza and got a beef mexican pizza. The cook that is working there is completely incompetent for the job because he didnt even know what my order was. Didnt even look at the receipt!

Is it just me or is practically every time you visit a fast food restaurant these days it's nightmare. They get the order wrong every time. Then Susie Q has an attitude and you as k her for sauce with your order and she gives you a bag full to prove a point. We all have bad days but we're paying for a service so we deserve a bit of Respect. Is that too much to ask? Dam!!! Susie put 72 packs of sause in a paper bag just for spite. And then was sarcastic when we had to go back because they left out half of the order.

I went through the drive through for a dessert that I really didn't need. It was supposed to be warm on the inside and it was cold. I had driven around the building as I was leaving when I tasted the frozen dessert.The male manager explained in so many words that one piece was newly cooked but the others hadn't been. He would only replace the one piece.The point, sounds like he served me food that had been just sitting out and made me wait to just cook one piece. Who does that?The young lady at the window was kind but in the situation she had no power. She apologized.

By far the best Taco Bell in Houston. Polite and courteous then any location I have visited. Never asked me to move forward for their timer to reset. Order was exactly what I placed. Willing to go out of my way to travel further for this location.

They managed to mess up almost everything in my order and didn't give me a receipt. This is after they repeatedly took down my order wrong and had to be corrected and over.

Cindy was exceptionally nice and quick! She really was the best worker I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. Kudos to her for her positive attitude and quick service! Food was good and hot too.
