I asked for help because I never used the machine to place my own order I was told they could not take my order at the register then the lady behind me got her order at the register while I was still standing there for help . I asked her about placing orders alone and she said she never has to use that machine. So I left without any food. And will never return.

Worst taco bell location in HoustonWho ever hired these people need to get a new Team in there cuz they do not take pride in their Jobs! I walk in nobody was at the counter and I order from the kiosk and went back to the counter still nobody. Then when they finally came to the register the lady look at me in a very rude way and didn't greet me or nothing. They don't wear gloves and the food I ordered was a nightmare. I have never in my life seen no food made that slouchy . It's like they just threw the food on there without even looking. There was no customers in there as usual. Parking lot was empty as usual. This is why I cook my food at home. I only stop by cuz I was in a rush. But these fast food workers are very unprofessional. They think they can just make ppl food any kind of way and think it's cute but remember that's how y'all get y'all paychecks when serving customers. If y'all treating y'all customers like that y'all will lose business. Learn to better serve ppl if not get another Job that u would like doing and not just for the money. A lot of customers pay attention to how they was serve. I spent my last $5 and was very unsatisfied with how my food was serve.

Just ordered two combo meals through uber eats, one which included a beefy 5 layer burrito and was completely left out. Our drinks were supposed to be a Strawberry Lemonade and a Root beer, but instead we were given two Baja blast??? This location often misses a thing or two but this was a tad bit egregious. I am disappointed to say the least, usually I let it go and just attribute it to a bad day but i was genuinely looking forward to this meal after a horrible week.

I eat Taco Bell quite a bit. I use the app as much as possible. My work takes me all over Houston so I would say that I eat it regularly at probably 4 to 5 different Taco bells around Houston regularly. I have never while using the app been asked to put my information down on a clipboard because I'm picking up MY mobile order. NOT a side gig or anything remotely close to that. She asked me three times to put my name there and my information when I told her I will not do it very firmly only then did she back off. While I was trying to pick up my order. Another customer cut in front of me complaining about how her meat in her taco was cold. When I got to eat my taco it was cold as well but I didn't feel like complaining. I would just write this review.I have eaten at this location several times prior to this, although it has been roughly 3 months since the last time I was severely disappointed. RebaWheelchair accessibility: Unfortunately, the access is not near the door but it does exist
