I did an online order and went to go pick it up around 12 in the afternoon and no one is answering on the intercom or at the window. I assume no one is there but the app charges you before you even get your food so I want my money back at least after having my time wasted.

I usually have a great experience with the lunch time food but I bought dinner and spent some money and there were hardly any beans on both of my bean burritos and the taco was soggy when I got home and I only live less than 3 mins away....

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I’ve been 4 times and each time they barely fill up the chalupa. I mean it’s literally 4 scraps of steak. I’d rather then give me the wrong order than this worthless service. Avoid at all costs unless you want to waste your money.

I normally don’t have problems at this place but tonight I don’t know if New or not but they just really threw my food in a bag a wet bag at that and my food is missing food to I bought two grilled cheese steak burrito, which was 549 a lot for burrito and it was flat and missing and I complain to the drive-through person he looked at me close the window and took the person behind me order like I wasn’t there complaining so I won’t be coming back
