Food was not good, and pricey. Food was not cooked grilled. Just seem to be boiled without any taste. The place was lonely, which should have been a sign for a red flag. It sucks that now a days Mexican restaurants do not care about cooking tasty good food. ?

Tacos Dona Lena used to be my favorite quesabirria....this is now my favorite quesabirria.Honestly just as good as the birria at Candenta, and that one is $28 and has bone marrow!AND they give you free charro and chips + salsa while you're waiting!The only thing they could improve is the atmosphere/aesthetic. I'm willing to pay a little more if they could get rid of those horrible hospital fluorescent lights and make it a place where I wanna sit and sip on a miche. But hey, I'm all about that birriaaaaa :)

The machaco & egg tacos (con cebolla/cilantro) on housemade corn tortillas made my morning! Both the red & green salsas perfectly on point, & the staff was friendly & attentive.

not horrible, but definitely not good. beans were SOOOOOO salty. tacos were good. ordered cheese enchiladas since i was craving some. they were gross. cold, almost no sauce on them and cheese was suspect. not even sure if it was cheese. doubt ill be back.

The staff here is incredibly respectful! I lost my wallet a couple of days ago, and the staff held onto it for me. On top of that, the food was DELICIOUS. Their breakfast tacos tasted homemade. I could say the same about the horchata, and I’m normally really picky about where I get my horchata from.
