The sushi is passable, but the customer service is horrible. When I called to ask for directions, the person answering the phone hung up on me. I then called back, and the phone kept ringing, and no one answered. The restaurant has a Main Street address, but you have to go downstairs through the McKinney Tunnel to get your the restaurant. When I finally found the restaurant, the staff was rude and unpleasant.

I was REALLY pleasantly surprised by this place! Not only was there a good selection of different broth styles to choose from, the one I got (Tonkotsu Black) was so, so good. Thick creamy broth, perfectly cooked softboiled egg, wonderfully rich flavor. The ONLY tiny issue was that the large number of sprouts on top will quickly overpower the flavor of the broth unless you get rid of most of the sprouts before mixing up the soup. Luckily, that's extremely easy to do, as they come on top of the soup rather than mixed in. Definitely will be back!!

Made to order sushi rolls, and everything is delicious. This place just open up in the tunnel system downtown in food court. I love being able to place my order online or at the kiosk. There are rolls ready for those rush hour goers but they make them that morning so your sushi is always fresh. There vis plenty of seating and is kept clean. While the menu is not a huge as a larger restaurant, they do offer the most popular rolls and all are delicious and made up order. I come here at least once a week.

I go there 3 times a week. The tan tan noodle is amazing.

Overall, great sushi place for on-the-go. First time getting lunch here. Picked up the salmon lover combo because it was a little bit of everything as for different styles of sushi.Salmon- well prepared. Doesn't smell. Very simple, tastes fresh and great!Rice - Also well prepared. Nice balance of rice vinegar and the best part, it's not old and stale. Stayed together when picked up, falls and crumbles with every bite as it should.Nirigi - fairly bigger than most place, but not in a bad way. Good portion/ratio of rice and salmon.Rolls - Good ratio between rice and fish. Not overboard with the rice. Rice wasn't super pacted and pressed like some places. Crumbles with each bite. ????

not trying to be unduly mean, but the tonkatsu ramen was the worst I've ever had, apart from maru chan instant ramen. Broth was nearly flavorless, and the chashu was seemingly pork loin instead of pork belly. The egg was hard boiled instead of softboild and hadn't even been soaked in mirin/soysauce, just a regular hard boiled egg half.Sushi seemed a bit overpriced for sitting there at the counter, unrefrigerated.
