Here I would skip the sushi and focus on ramen. The Tamashi's Menn Ramen is a must, it's a shrimp based broth, not too fatty. The place is small and gets crowded pretty fast, but there is an option for a take out. Staff is very attentive and can adjust your order with no problem.

Easily some of the best ramen in Houston. The shrimp ramen is my go to every time and I love adding on the fried kani. I've tried some of their sushi before and it's always fresh, but the ramen is the main reason I keep coming back 10/10

I'm a big fan of tamashi. My usual go to location is the bellaire location but stopped by this location because my friend and my boyfriend was in the area. Parking here is limited so you'll most likely have to find street parking during peak times. This location is small and only has a few tables. Wait time was not bad on a Saturday. Unlike the bellaire location this location does not offer skewers. My go to is the spicy tonkotsu ramen and Brussels sprouts. Service here is fast and restaurant is clean.

I'm very surprised by this place. It's very small and unassuming but I was told that this place has very good food and it did not disappoint. Our group ordered the ramen, takoyaki, and brussel sprouts all were amazing. The place is very small and parking is not easy so I would be prepared for that. We were extremely lucky because we went during a very off time during on Saturday, but we still got the last table. It's a little cramp in there but the food makes up for it. I will definitely be back.

I love Ramen Noodles & born & raised in New Orleans we ❤️it so when I started working @ MD Anderson. In the Medical Center I put Uber Eats on my phone & so I tried this Restaurant & Babyyyyyy when I tell u I've bed. Hooked every since then So today is Ramen Noodles day so since Zi have had it in some months I decided to get it before work this place is A is A Gem I could eat it everyday it's Delicious back home we would call this place A Hole in the wall but it's worth every penny I give it A 5 ⭐!!!

We used to compare other ramen we’ve had to this restaurant but sadly, it’s not the same quality as it used to be. Ramen was so salty, we couldn’t finish it and only took 2 bites. The chirashi bowl was just rice and sashimi; didn’t taste that fresh and was at room temperature or on the warmer side but rice wasn’t even hot to warm up the sashimi. Their bathroom was absolutely disgusting and overall cleanliness is questionable. We paid and left without eating… Service would have received a better rating if staff acknowledge that food wasn’t touched and asked if everything was OK, but they didn’t even bother.
The ramen is heavenly - every single flavor. I hate how small this place is and how there is never proper parking.
