The food and service at this restaurant is great!! The fish tacos with mango salsa are very good! My wife loves the street tacos and B&C burrito. They have a great selection of draft and bottled beer to pair with your favorite dish. Do yourself a flavor and stop by to say high to Hugo, Amy and Marybelle. They will take great care of you.

Great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices! You order and pay at the counter and they bring you your order. Been there twice and had the carne asada burrito both times which was excellent. Place is small with a couple of tables outside. Can't wait to go back next time we're in the area.

An outrageously amount of onions in our burritos. Hardly any meat. My husband and I felt targeted for him being Mexican and me being white. No way could that have been accidental. It is sad that they will lose our business from now on, as my husband and I enjoy taquerias. Also, my dad told us that he had an awful experience at Taqueria La Bonita. (if you see all of my other reviews of places, I rarely give anyone less than 3-4 stars).

Yummy refried beans. Excellent steak taco - skipped onions and sour cream. BEST, creamy taco. Give it a try. Hubby likes everything. We typically use the to-go option but there's a couple of tables outside. It's great for people watching in a small town. Road can be very loud.

This is a little place in the town of El Dorado on Hwy 49. We were coming back from Tahoe and saw the open sign. Boy are we glad we stopped! They have a couple of tables outside and a few inside. There is street parking available. The gentleman behind the counter was just wonderful. So warm and friendly. They have breakfast and lunch/dinner plates that you can order any time of day. We had the shrimp fajitas and they were very good. Grilled shrimp with onions and peppers, rice and beans. You also get warm tortillas.Make sure to stop and grab something to eat!

I came here because of the Yelp reviews and how great they said the food was. Upon arriving I noticed that it was near a car mechanic shop which was interesting. I figured it would be a hidden gem! It was a food truck tucked away. There was ample seating and a cat that was just wandering around begging for food. There were other patrons when I arrived. Service: I walked up to the window and ordered my tacos, for 5 tacos, a quesadilla and two cokes came out to $25. I felt it was a little pricy, however based on the reviews I figured they could charge a little more. I ordered the food and they gave me a ticket, about 10-15 minutes later they called me to pickup my food. The photos below showed how delicious these tacos looked. Food: the food looked amazing but that is all it had going for it. The meats were all tasteless, the only one with some sort of flavor was the carnitas. They had a pickled onion on it, normally it's picked with vinegar but it was apple cider vinegar. It tasted a little off for a combination of flavor. The tortillas were fried, which added a crunch to the tacos. There was an excessive amount of oil from the tacos that dropped down. It was a little off putting. The cokes were delicious however but those are imported and not made here. I would not believe the other reviews as I was not impressed by this place at all. I had a cancelled flight and wanted tacos to pick me up, but left disappointed.

New to the area and found my favorite taco spot in Houston. The flavors were on point!! I had a shrimp Carne Asada and beef taco and they were all delicious. The service and ambience was amazing. They ran out of beans but everything else was exceptional so I couldn't take away stars. They compensated with a replacement that was sufficient. It's a hard YES for me! Looking forward to trying additional items on the menu.

I have been wanting to try Taqueria La Bonita in El Dorado ... and tonight I made it happen. I had the Super Burrito with Chicken and found it a good choice! Portion size - was super. I try and support the local restaurants - and I will be back to order here again. A word of warning on the "on-line" ordering - there are three links. If you want to order for the El Dorado location - order from the top on the web page which shows the two locations. The link mid-way down the page offering on-line ordering is only for the Rancho Cordova location. I want to thank the women at the El Dorado location that were very gracious with me when I walked in to pick-up my order ... and did Not want the commute to R. C. to pick up my order! muchas gracias

Very friendly service, nice atmosphere, and DELICIOUS food! I had the super burrito with grilled chicken and green sauce. Just excellent tasting!! The salsa that comes with the chips is a tad spicy, but very good.

Just pass Poor Reds, is a hidden gem called Taqueria La Bonita. The staff is friendly and the prices are what you'd expect. We ordered the wet burrito with steak and chicken nachos. My husband ordered double steak on his burrito and you could definitely tell it was double. Both items were delicious, probably some of the best we've had and we eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants!

Wayyyyy to many cats to sit down and eat! The cats jump on the tables while you eat.. and these are stray cats at that! Gross... BUT the food is great and a good price!! Take your food Togo!!!

The birrieria tacos are great! The lady that took and made my order was very nice. Still, a little pricey for a taco truck.
