Honestly I've been going to Tequila Lopez faithfully since I became a houston resident in 2003. This place does no wrong to me. The owners are always friendly and welcoming. That's always a plus. You can definitely tell this is a family ran business and even no one is related, you wouldn't be able to tell. Our service was quick and efficient. I ordered the cheese enchiladas, which is my favorite. The brown gravy..... delicious. And I also ordered a mango margarita. One thing about the drinks here, strong and delicious. 10/10 for me. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant

Food is pretty standard for this part of town and service is really good. Prices are a little high for what they offer. To be clear this is a new restaurant that hasn't figured out if they are a sports bar or fine restaurant. Don't order the queso!!

This is the most amazing Mexican Restaurant ever! I am a 25 plus year customer. The Mexican food is AMZING but if you don't feel like that you got steak night on Wednesday- I don't think you will find a better steak ANYWHERE for the price - and the cheeseburger, chicken sandwich or fish sandwich can definitely elevate your mood. I love the family vibe and will always choose TL first!

We’ve been going here over 5 years. Great food and great margaritas. However, fajitas used to be around $25 then to $35 and now almost $50 for fajitas. We only go there now when we get Uber eats coupons because no fajitas are worth $50. You can fill up on their nachos which they load up.

I can't believe they did not have more business than they did have. The waitresses were real pretty and very friendly. It is the best food I've eaten since I've been to the Houston area. There's also had flavoring to it. I'm sure I will be going back a few more times before I leave here.

An excellent menu, very varied food, the waitress is very friendly and attentive, if you don't understand the menu she explains it to you. Affordable prices for pitchers at a good price. Excellent food I definitely recommend it. Wednesdays are my favorite days to visit the place. The Steak Special with roast potato beats everything. The owner is very friendly, very attentive to service. So come and enjoy a delicious meal at this place.
