Everyone in our office loves this place. We all eat here often. The burgers, The salads, The sandwiches etc. Everything is good. And it's a really neat place I always find a new decoration each visit that I did not see before.

Had problems with two of our dinners ordered but they remedied the problem rather quickly.. both the waitress and manager apologized and made it all good by removing them from the bill and the manager gave us a coupon for a free dinner to be used at a later date.. will definitely come back! Made us feel appreciated!

We bring our kids here a few times per month. Today we showed up with other family members and requested to sit outside (only 2 tables were sat out there) and since we had 5 kids combined, we wanted patio seating. However the hostess said it would be about a 35 minute wait. Just then, I’m assuming the manager on duty (wearing black, bald with glasses) came up and asked how many people we had in our party, the hostess told him and he just said “I can’t, I can’t” then looked up at us and looked extremely irritated we were there. I asked the hostess “okay so 30 minutes you said?” The manager chimes in (in a very loud voice) “ma’am we are in the middle of a Sunday lunch rush and there is nothing I can do. We are very busy and I can’t tell you how long it will be, I’ll start at 15/20 mins and go up from there ok?!?” My mom and I, were astonished by this reaction when all we did was ask the wait time. I will say, we have never had an awful experience like this as the other staff is usually very friendly. I guess this manager isn’t and gets irritated with customers coming in and is happy turning families away. We ended up just leaving.Very disappointing and will be going to other restaurants for our Sunday lunches.
