I had a small instance in which my baby’s lunch didn’t arrive. When I called to clarify the person I spoke with was genuinely concerned my baby would be missing his lunch. They had spares so proper procedures in place.I like humane businesses - kudos to simply fresh.

I purchase the staff lunches through the school i work at and eat them for mine and my husbands dinners. the food is absolutely delicious. I thought the portions would be too small but we are stuffed each night. We are eating way healthier than what we have been and not wasting food ingredients each week.Everything tastes fresh. Even the ravioli which is easy to taste if it is frozen or not. it's not.$6.50 is a great price for a fresh cooked meal. You get fruit with each meal and most of the meals i pick have a generous portion of fresh veggies too.my favorite so far was the chicken parmesan and the chicken stuffed with spinach. They give you an etire or almost an entire chicken breast with the meal. And it was so good.the only suggestion i'd make is for the kids meals to have an option to choose a small water bottle instead of milk. Many of the students don't like milk so sometimes it goes to waste.

I ordered lunch for my daughter and son at school. My daughter didn’t like it so she didn’t eat much but my son ate most of it and later told me food was all cold including Mac and cheese , chicken and broccoli. How are you supposed to control food quality when it’s all cold and non refrigerated?? He is having diarrhea and tummy ache now.
