The food and service were excellent as always. The kids birthday party was quite loud, and sadly we were seated right next to them. Perhaps encourage a private room for a group that size next time, or some other creative solution.

I was taken here by a dear friend for a special occasion. They served me uncooked chicken in my salad, as well as pieces of the chicken that are normally tossed aside. They also fried the chicken skin and tossed it into the salad like croutons. It was revolting. The service was excellent and the dessert was spectacular. I am mortified by the main course. I did not want to tell my friend because I care so much about her and she had taken me to such a special place. But uncooked chicken in a salad is just completely unacceptable. And I took it home so that I send a photograph to the manager. But when I called that afternoon, I was told that the manager doesn’t deal with the kitchen. —Let that sink in. I was told the manager only deals with the front of the house. As somebody who worked in the restaurant industry, I can say with certainty that that is The Problem. So here is my salad:

It's been a while since we've been here and it was just as great as always. Pear truffle salad was outstanding and such a wonderful combination. The lobster bisque is still the best in the world. We tried the cotton candy foie gras which was another fun combination - so delicious! Lamb chops, sea bass, salmon were all outstanding. And of course, we had to have the Souffle! Chocolate soufflé, enough said! Thank you for a great evening.

This is my favorite restaurant in Houston. Donna works the floor making everyone welcomed. Kate, the chef will also visit with people. The food is absolutely top notch. Beautiful sculptures are in the dining area. We don't go to many other restaurants in Houston. If it isn't broken why fix it.

Always amazing- thank you! Food and service always perfection. My only complaint is twice this month the tables that fold under do not sit flat when they are a four-top... so the leaf tilts into your lap and a little annoying. Same when the leaf is up... on Valentines our silverware kept falling onto the floor because leaf could not say fully up. Maybe you need to repair or get a few new expandable tables. THANK YOU... being picky but you ased for feedback! xxooo

You don't go to Tony's for an inexpensive meal. But you do go there if you want a special experience. The food is divine in a beautiful setting. Service is always perfect. Kennedy serves wonderful drinks in the bar. You can't beat the soufflé anywhere. It is a magical place.

The ambience is great for any special occasion. The service is very good, and the waiter explained all the "specials for the evening" that made you want all of them. My first visit, and surely will not be my last.

We chose Tony's for our Valentine's dinner and we're glad we did! From the time we walked in to the time we left, the service and attention to detail was amazing! We enjoyed each course and are looking forward to returning soon!

The last time we dined at Tonys was 30 years ago. Feel sorry now we neglected to come more often though we live an hour away. We had our valentines dinner in the previous location at post oak. Changes in the venue, decor and ambiance was notable to me and my wife but not bad ones. Just different. Food and service remained the hallmarks and still truly are. Mrs. Vallone was very kind and welcoming.
