I love this place! Lunch or dinner it is one of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The staff is amazing! Food is great this is one of those few places that never disappoints and always goes above and beyond!
The staff was very accommodating and provided the best service! Live music was nice as my group ate brunch. All the food items were delicious and plated beautifully.

We ordered from the brunch menus. We had egg Benedict and eggs were cold and omelette with side of sausage links and sausages were Luke warm, stale and chewy! However, our waitress was prompt and service was great!

Do not come here if you want to eat good food. The only good thing about this place is the location. The place does make you feel like you are in a café in France. I will give them that. However, this is all the restaurant offers. This restaurant is so focused on maximizing their profits, that they don't care about the quality of the food. The food is overpriced, and the ingredients are horrible. I was served orange juice from concentrate, a frozen croissant, and frozen bread. There is not one good item on their entire menu. This place has so much potential to make their food excellent but they don't care about that. They only care about making money so the food is an afterthought. Very much a shame. I hope they will listen to what their customers say. If you want authentic and fresh French food, check out Étoile. They use fresh ingredients.

I have heard wonderful things about Toulouse but brunch today was pretty bad. I ordered coffee and avocado toast. The coffee was lukewarm warm and avocado toast was cold. The toasted bread had clearly been made earlier instead of fresh so it had that soggy feel to it. The poached egg was completely cold and also did not seem fresh. Truly a disappointing meal.
Absolutely amazing! My husband and I came for dinner with our daughter and friends last night and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere absolutely everything was amazing. Our waitress, Kate was phenomenal! She gave us her dinner recommendations and WOW she did not disappoint! Compliments to the chef Darwin, hands down the best Steak we’ve ever had and Black Truffle Agnolotti was fantastic! I usually never leave reviews but Toulouse is an absolute gem of a restaurant! Managers definitely know what they are doing, with how busy it was all we saw were smiles and people clinking cocktails!ALSO, get the Spicy Paloma, you won’t regret it!!

I've been going to this restaurant for some time and it's always good, I always sit outside, I like a nice place and have good conversations with friends. the last time I went with my family and friends for them to meet, it was cold and we sat inside. we are treated very poorly. The two waiters, who don't know the need for two waiters at the same table, came to my table every 5 minutes insisting that we consume something. We wanted to have some wine and, as I said, show the place. We were forced to eat and he kept insisting on taking more and more and he was embarrassing us all the time. I was very embarrassed, I wanted to speak to the manager right away. but as I was with family I didn't want any more inconvenience for the day. poor service! Terrible, a shame for the place
