Waited roughly 20 minutes on my coffee, and it was not even busy in the cafe. They were clearly short-staffed, but why… it’s Sunday at 1 PM.

I placed a phone order for pickup, when I arrived it wasn’t ready so I stood outside at the window waiting to pickup my order. While I waited at the window I observed an employee in the kitchen preparing food with no gloves, touching sliced fruit, scratching his head and putting his hand in a tub of peanut butter. The only thing he did was wipe his fingers on a dishrag sitting on the counter. I was so disgusted. I went inside to tell the manager and he said he would talk to him, but the manager was in the kitchen with the employee and had already observed the employee working with no gloves which means he thought it was okay before I said anything. My order still wasn’t ready and I had lost my appetite watching the employee so I canceled it. I thought not wearing gloves was a health code violation??? If it isn’t it should be! I have enjoyed the food here in the past but I won’t return based on the food prep standards I observed.

Hidden gem in downtown. The service is amazing, they really cater to the clientele. The wifi is really fast and never goes down, so you can bring your work, order some food and enjoy a drink (Great place for meetings - music isn't too lound). Also its very clean, you can tell by the bathrooms that are spot on, and because its at the park there is often friendly security and casual dog-walkers wondering the park so you feel safe and it makes for a comfortable atmosphere. You do have to be careful about downtown parking signs so not to get a ticket.Parking: Street parking is available, must read signs.

Amazing place to study and eat at (especially you are vegan/vegetarian?). Michael always recommends the best vegan friendly options and make the BEST lattes. Victoria, is always attentive and super nice and helpful. The atmosphere is really nice right next to a park with huge windows to view the city. 10/10 Always

Food…BUSS! Service…BUSS! Drinks….BUSS!!! 10 out of 10 all around. Micheal and Victoria truly are kind individuals and they provide great customer service. Would definitely recommend coming here if you need study and get some homework done. They also have some great food options as well!

Great ambience, average drinks. I've been here twice in the past 2 months because it is conveniently located near my work place. Best to come on weekdays after 6 pm or Sundays because parking is free! (Otherwise the metered parking is about $1.50 per hour which is not bad, but not ideal). I tried two of the Valentine's specials: Iced mocha with strawberry cold foam: 4.5/5 Great flavor - both the mocha and strawberry come through. The strawberry doesn't taste artificial and the amount of cold foam they give is so generous! Strawberry milk with matcha cold foam: 2.7/5 As you can see, there is hardly any matcha. No matcha taste whatsoever. It just tastes like strawberry milk. Still yummy, but disappointing. A small cost nearly $7. Overall this is a great place to work but the drinks are hit or miss.

This was my first time at Tout Suite Sodo. I liked the ambiance and was swinging by early Saturday morning for a coffee. I ordered the “Cold Brew with Cookies and Cream Cold Foam” from the Valentine’s Day special drinks menu. I tried it after I had left the coffee shop and was VERY dissatisfied. I always give every place the benefit of the doubt, but my drink tasted like vomit. The cold brew itself was sour and the cold foam was so spoiled. I wish I would’ve tried it while I was in the shop to ask them about it. Maybe I’ll come back another time to give it another try but today, I was very disappointed with the puke-tasting cold brew.
