First time here lamb BBQ was amazing. You need to ask for specific parts of the lamb to get juicy meat. Everything was rich, the 1lb lamb barbecue for 32.00 includes consomme and hand thrown omelets.

Good food and prices are reasonable. We had the barbacoa familiar that served 6 people comfortably. It included a good handful of homemade corn tortillas. We also had horchata and Jamaica homemade that were very good! Overall a great experience and an authentic barbacoa estilo Hidalgo!

When they started the delicious barbecue, one of the initiators even met a relative of Hgo Joaquín D.,Current has already lost that delicious flavor, they inflated the prices a lot, low quality and attention, I recommended many friends but many stopped going. I haven't been going for 2 years and it's worse. What a pity.,

The service isn't bad, but the food is garbage. The chilaquiles didn't taste like anything. I thought I had covid again because they didn't taste like anything. Not enough sauce, salt, or seasoning. I thought I was eating at cracker barrel. It was a waste of my time and money. I don't recommend eating here I don't even know why it's popular.The service is not bad, but the food is garbage. Te mezclan res por borrego!! Te lo dan de 3 o 4 dias no es fresca la carne la señora es muy despota y si reclamas por el sobre cobro te pone cara !! No se los recomiendo!! THIS IS NOT JUST LAMB THEY MIX WITH BEEF AND IS NOT FRESH IS MADE 3 OR 4 DAYS THE OLD LADY I SUPPOSE IS THE OWNER ALWAYS IS ON BAD MOD AND BE CAREFUL SHE OVERCHARGE THE TICKET I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!

In the elbow of an old shopping center way out on West Mount Houston you'll find this restaurant serving some of the finest Barbacoa de Borrego in town. Don't let the exterior of the shopping center fool you, because the inside is nicely decorated and CLEAN. You can tell its well loved. The Salsa Verde served with the Barbacoa is excellent.
