We had a wonderful 50th birthday at Truluck’s! They treated like rock stars. Our Victor made our experience great!! I highly suggest if you have the opportunity to visit Truluck’s to take it food is great!Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegetarian options

Our party of six enjoyed a wonderful dinner last weekend. The chilled crab claws, oysters and jumbo shrimp on the large seafood platter tasted fresh as expected. Each couple shared an order of crab cake which was all lump crabmeat with very little filler. After these two appetizers we were too full for the second course so we decided to skip it and went for the entrees. We and some other people had the miso-glazed seabass, redfish Pontchartrain and other seafood dishes along with the lobster mashed potatoes and crab fried rice for sides to share. Some of us also had Baked Alaska for dessert. Everything was wonderfully prepared and tasted delicious.The service provided by Ricardo was impeccable and first class. He was very attentive, professional, competent, courteous. We will certainly ask for Ricardo again on our next visit. Gloria was also great in assisting Ricardo.We preferred a round table in a quiet area so we sat in the wine room which is away from the large dining room and the piano music which allowed for better conversation and more privacy as well. We used to go to Truluck’s for lunch a lot during our working days in the Galleria but now it’ll be our favorite go-to seafood place for special dinner with friends or other special occasions. It was nice to see that Truluck’s upscale ambiance, fantastic food and great service haven’t changed and that we could still count on having a great dining experience there.

I must say they hit it out of the park. It was my anniversary and I had two request that were met beyond expectations. Our waiter was phenomenal and the food was delicious. Our waiter recommended a new fish and I was pleasantly surprised. I apologize for no food pics as it was our anniversary but I highly recommend going if you want fine seafood dining. I’ve never had the steaks but doubt you would be disappointed

My brother & wife were visiting from New Orleans so my husband and I brought them to Truluck's for dinner. It had been a few years since we dined here. The entire experience was great. The food, service, and ambiance was perfect. I mostly definitely won't wait that long to return.
Although we are closer to The Woodlands location, we would rather drive down to Houston to dine at the Galleria one. The Westheimer location is longer established and has somewhat of a more old-timey, classic feel… And, we prefer that. It gives that elegant & romantic vibe that has stood the test of time for us.***Plus, if you’re a crab lover like me, AYCE crab is offered on Monday nights (at the Westheimer location only).Recently celebrated our anniversary here. Our entire meal was outstanding, and table service was top-notch. We came in an hour before our early dinner reservation to catch Happy Hour at the bar, and that was perfect prequel. The bar menu had all kinds of delicious bites and fun cocktails, and bar service was also great.Everything WONDERFUL, from beginning to end.
