We pulled in the drive thru around 12:30 to place an order. Place was closed. An employee showed up and shouted at us that they opened at 1. Internet listing shows they open at noon every day. So which is it???

Terrible. Terrible service again. I don't know the girls name but she is rude, and never makes our order right and then when we say it's wrong she says it is. For real will not come back even though my kid loves it here I'll take my daughter some where else. Now second time I ordered a Mint oreo shake, that had zero mint, not even a hint of mint.

It was Cold but any time is a good time for ice cream. Actually had a hankering for a corn dog but this location only has the Treats ,No traditional food items .Fast Freindly ServiceKid-friendliness: Grand Kids Love this place as well as my 4 legged freinds
My family members are regular customer on the 1960 location and we take friends there all the time. Five of us went through the drive thru at around 10:20-10:30pm last night. We started ordering, we were told the Royal flavors (cheesecake specifically) are not working right now (broken machine), we thought that is ok it can happen. While placing the order, the employee started to seem annoyed and felt like she was rushing us after saying the 2/5 order. We get to the window, no greeting (that’s the least of my problem at this point but still) and are handed a dipped cone, I asked which one it was since there were 2 dipped cones and the window was closed on me without any acknowledgement. I also noticed the cone size varies depending on the person working. Sometimes kiddie cones are much bigger or too small or the cup is half filled at times. We love loveeee the ice cream here, but employees need training on customer service. I was surprised by the lack of customer service this time around, have never been treated like that here.

We love this place! Convenient location, great selection and friendly staff. My go-to is the hot fudge sundae, but everything I've tried is good. I have had them skimp on the hot fudge previously so this time I ordered it with extra fudge- it was perfect! Wish they offered a rewards program or sent coupons out.

Awesome Shelly was a really great drive-through person treat. We ordered a marshmallow wall and it tasted. Just like marshmallow. I would recommend this place kind of affordable. I’ll come back again and definitely leave it very friendly service great atmosphere and the building is really quirky. It’s right across from the gas station near H-E-B. Drive thru

It's all bad (everyone feels differently) but how this place stays in business is beyond me. There's no prices anywhere on their menu board or drive thru. U don't know how much something is when u order it then you're stuck. Sad place. Wanted to try it now never
