Very cozy restaurant as I walked in and was greeted by two lovely hostesses. I just wanted a quick dinner full of nigiris. My server Jon was fantastic! I got their signature Shima Aji, Sake, Akamutsu, spicy chopped Hotate, Negitoro, Chutoro, Unagi & Masago. My favorite piece was their signature Shima Aji which is their must get!! A close second is their Akamutsu, the texture was perfect. My least favorite was their unagi. Just a personal preference of mines liking my unagi prepped aburi-style. I wish there were vegetarian nigiris to choose from. Their ume drink that Jon had recommended me was amazing. The overall I'd prefer Ume over their sister restaurant MF Sushi. Definitely will be coming back for a full experience next time!

We love this place. And dine here often. Last night was super busy and was a wait for our reservation, but the manager made sure we were taken care of as well as our waiter (don't know his name unfortunately) has waited on us before and remembered us as well. The food is always delicious and top quality, consistent. Cocktails are superb.

This was my third time to eat at Ume. We went with another couple and elected to do the "waiters choice"where the waiter brings a bunch of different items out - starting lighter and getting progressively heavier. The cadence was so slow for this process, and the plates were only made for 2 diners rather than 4, so we ended up needing to order more food. Ultimately our bill was MUCH more expensive than we had expected and dinner took nearly 3 hours. Unlikely that we will be back anytime soon - not worth it in my opinion.
My wife and I really enjoyed Ume sushi. The sushi, Hamachi, and cocktails were all very delicious. I ordered a cocktail that had a mix of orange, Japanese Roku gin, and I believe egg white. It was so good. I have been thinking about it ever since I left. I don't see it on the menu so I can't add the name for you but for sure, it was absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to return. The ambience was very nice. A great place for a date night or just to grab drinks.

This is my favorite sushi spot in town! It is so delicious, the lychee martini particularly is so yummy. Truffle king salmon also is so good. I would recommend this spot to anyone, it feels super high end but has a good value

Food and drinks were great. Stopped in for a very late dinner and the staff was very welcoming and attentive. All of our waiter's recommendations were fantastic. Decor was inviting and romantic. Would definitely come again.
