I had one yesterday. The snow balls are cute, but they’re nasty and the wait is super long. Not sure what they put in the flavoring but it tastes watered down & bitter. The flavor of the coloring almost overpowered the flavors of the snowball. I do not recommend.

I can not recommend Unicorn snow cones enough! A huge hit amongst the adults just as much as the children.

The snow cones are more like sno balls. Very soft shaved ice. We really enjoyed them. My family will definitely be back.

I live in Harper's Preserve. We had a Easter Party in which Hundreds attended. Everything was free from 1-5(Photos with the Bunny and Free snow cones!)After waiting 35mins in line and being about 15, people to reach the window they literally shut the window on us. They told us the community only paid for "500" free cones and they ran out of "free" ones and that we would have to pay. The time was 4:47. 30-35 children didn't receive Snow Cones and they could careless. This was one of the worst examples of Service I have ever seen out of a Small Business.2 Thumbs Down!!

I live in Harpers Preserve and went to the Easter event with my husband and two children that was scheduled from 1-5pm. We waited in the long line for a snow code just for the woman to shut the window on everyone at 4:50!!! We were all told that the event only paid for 500. Sure I could’ve bought the snow cones but I rather spend my money on a better run establishment. Unprofessional and rude!!!

Not professional at all. I was going to hire her for all my future events because the snow cones are so cute and tasty. Plus, I was going to support a women owned business. But the owner is very rude and very unprofessional. She lost count, but by reading the reviews, she is used to miscount and argue that she right and she is NOT. So sad. That’s why a lot of people do not trust hispanics. Sometimes we are such a bad example.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who is looking to cater with them for an event. Unreliable and unprofessional would be the best way to describe my experience. I booked with them to cater my baby shower for an hour and 50 snow cones. On the day of my event and literally just a few minutes before they were supposed to arrive, the owner called me to tell me she was only going to stay for 30 minutes. Why make other arrangements when I booked in advance and paid in full? She said she was going to partially reimburse me but after following up with her twice, she never responded and never refunded me. We also never received all 50 snow cones although she lied and said she made exactly 50. This lack of courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. From reading other reviews, I see that this isn’t the first time she’s done this. Such a terrible way to do business. All she cares about is the money and I guess she doesn’t care for customers to return. I would’ve loved to book her again for my future events since her business concept is cute but she certainly won't be getting my business ever again. I paid $350 just for her to show up, make a few snow cones, and dip.

Attended Community event on 4/16. After waiting almost an hour, they closed their window saying the property only paid for 500 snow cones. Someone asked if they could just purchase one since the wait was so long, and the young lady called her manager. She also mentioned they only had 1 block of ice left. Good customer service would have just served until they were completely out. In the future, if you know you are only making so many snow cones for an event, I would recommend a ticket system.

The first time I tried this and I was very pleased with the customer service and the quality. Unicorn Snow Cones is now my go to place my daughter absolutely loved it.

Showed up at 3pm today, and they are supposed to be open until 7:30, but no one is here.
