I love the tacos here however today l tried ordering online at least 6 times and the app would not take my order. I finally called the restaurant and was told that online ordering was closed due to high catering orders. I asked if l came in could l place an order and the individual stated she had no idea when they would get to my order. They should only do catering or designate folks to do catering and folks to wait on individual caterers. I won't be back for sure!

Service was fast, although they were out of my first choice of fish and chips. Really good guacamole, and I liked the Mexi-Cali taco. The pork on the Korean Fried Rice was a blob of shredded meat with a very off-putting texture. Did not enjoy that. Haven't been to VT in a while, and this was worth the visit. Yes, there's better, and it's not authentic, but it serves it purpose.

Fresh in town from the northeast where tacos aren't in the normal rotation of the food circuit. Velvet Taco, where have you been all my life?!?! I've been a few times and I try to get something different every time. So far, everything has been really good. I will continue to keep the Velvet Taco in my 'new' rotation!
I came in on yesterday and the manager Estephon , suggested I try something new .. so I did ( the waffle bus) was soooo good .. I came back later for another one! Great customer service, professional, and very knowledgeable about menu .. This is my favorite location .

I would sincerely like to thank Kayla the manager who took care of Baylor College of Medicine. I placed some of my orders incorrectly but Kayla still replaced what I was missing with a smile and courtesy, and showed me next time what I needed to do when I place my next order. One of the PA dropped their food and she also replaced the items with no questions with a smile and courtesy. I appreciate Kayla and Velvet Taco will continue getting Baylor College of Medicine business because of her. Thank you Kayla for being you!!!!!!!!!!!!
